    9/25/23 - called and emailed numerous times. Received a robo email response back - no calls - no emails. Promised 15% off coupon - never received it (or any way to contact the biz). Horrible customer service (or greatly understaffed).

    The customer is looking for a discount she already received. Attached is the coupon that states first time orders.

    This customer has ordered 9 times. I have attached the customer info as well as number of orders from our Shopify account.

    I also have the email trail between us and her, did have our shipping coordinator out of town so it did take a week to get back to her.

    We offered to do this by phone for her and offer the discount but she refused (also attached).

    I would like this removed from records if possible.

    I am rejecting this response because:

       >> As I told Top Butcher, I was reaching out on behalf of a member of the *** ************* of America) for an event that they were coordinating.  I had recommended *** Butcher and I thought they being a new customer they would receive the discount.  I put in their email addresses but still Top Butcher rejected them stating they stated, they were having issues with the coupon codes on their website "for some reason out code isn't working we are having that looked at now".  It was because of my email that I used in communication with them that they stated that I was a current customer.  As ********************** stated - they had issues with their website - which is why I had to try to get the discount on behalf of the *** - as NO ONE can get the discount they advertise - NOT NEW CUSTOMERS WITH NEW EMAIL ADDRESSES.

      >> We had AGREED that I would place the order via the website so that my credit card number would not have to be communicated to they staff unprotected and that they would then provide and apply the discount (see attached communication and agreement).  

    >> I spent over 1 month trying to call and email Top Butcher with NO RESPONSE.  It was not until I contacted their DELI in ******* and talked to the shop manager that I actually got someone to respond to an email.   However - now it has been "crickets" again - NO RESPONSE - NO COMMUNICATION AND NO ANSWERING THEIR PHONES

    >> funny - they stated I have ordered 9 times - and not small quantities.  This order WAS going to be another $400-$500 dollar order (if not more).
