My husband and I recently retired and moved to *****. We were selling our condo in *******, and needed a reliable contractor to renovate our property as we checked in remotely. After interviewing several companies, we became satisfied with our connection with the owner as well as the staff. We were given a detailed scope of their execution in the renovation. Their performance was excellent and timely, the staff sent pictures as they completed projects along the way for our approval. The owner was totally available to ** through telephone calls and text messages, in spite of the fact that, even she connected remotely with **. At one point during the process, the owner actually appeared on site to inspect and insure the Management at the Condo in their **** of excellence.Along the way, as we had various concerns in the renovation, the staff was very accommodating in making the changes. Another point that was equally important is, they returned after the job was completed to extend additional assistance for completing minor adjustments. Overall they painted the ***** square foot property, installed new flooring, cabinets, vanities, fixtures and performed electrical and plumbing projects.My family and I were thoroughly pleased with MP General Contractors!Review from CHERYL K

I called MP Contactors to remodel my 49 sq. ft. bathroom. It's small but it had some major issues; I needed a new floor, (6 joists reinforced), incorrect plumbing, and tub removal. I told them to take it down to the studs! I didn't think it would take 6 weeks to finish because it's so small, but most times there was only one person working. That's the only issue I had with the job. Only one guy doing so much by himself. But MP contractors did a great job! I can see the work they did on the joists and plumbing underneath the bathroom from the basement, and it looks so good! They did the demo, installed the shower pan, shower mechanism, vanity, medicine cabinet and the electrical. The also removed my old cast iron radiator and installed a slim modern one. I did the fun part, tiling and paint. LOL!! (saved a bundle). I am very satisfied with the job they did and the project manager ******. He was patient, kind and very knowledgeable! ******* and ****** were a dream to work with. We interviewed several companies but what initially sold us on MP General Contractors was the excellent and speedy communication. That doesn't exist with anyone else. They are honest and extremely trust worthy, and not to mention did a GREAT job on our home. We will be using them again and again for future work.Review from Janay J

MP General Contractors has great service and great results! We used them for a 203k loan and that lending process can be a real challenge if you don't have the right contractor to work with. However MP's team delivered fast reasonable quote and turned in all the required insurance and vetting documents we needed to the lender to make our closing process as smooth as possible. They are legit. They even got to the work right away after closing. We will definitely be using their services again and recommend MP to everyone looking for a solid reliable construction team!
