            Contacted *** 7/05/2023 for a quote for a cracked bedroom window in a high-rise building, was asked to send pictures. Received a quote for $925.00. A guy by the name of ****** came out 7/06/2023 looked at the window and took measurements. *** the Boss contacted me and stated he have the glass and his guys will come 7/07/2023 to install it. Once the glass was removed I noticed the old glass was tinted and the new glass is clear. I called *** and stated why was this not tinted and he goes on to say it would cost more money. At that point I stated to him that should have been explained in the quote, I was never told the glass that was tinted and given a quote for clear or tinted glass, which leads me to believe the guys did not have the expertise to realize the glass was tinted. Now the CLEAR glass is installed and a noticeable difference. I was then asked to pay and additional $225.00 for pulling the license for my HOA to approve the work. Imagine That!!!During the installation a hole was punched in the drywall, *** said they would return to repair it. On Monday July 10, 2023 ****** returns with some type of pink putty that he slapped on and painted over leaving a sunken hole in the drywall, dried up glue and dirt all over floor and drywall. To make matters worse there was no protective covering placed on the floors leaving me and my guest with chards of glass in our feet. I sent *** pictures and video of the still damaged wall and CLEAR window and still no response!!!
