On 26 ALLENS Heating was call to do a furnace inspection/maintance at my home for the 2024/2025 winter season. Upon arrival I explained that the furnace was not maintaining heat and the motor was very loud. After his inspection he said that I needed a new motor and he would reorder one and install the following week. On 10/26/2024 he installed the new motor but said that the pipes were clogged and needed to be replaced because the furnace was still not functioning correctly so I agreed. The new motor was making more or equivalent noise as the original was so he said he would reorder a quieter motor while he also stated that my old thermostat was the problem and I needed a new one. On 11/30/2024 he installed the new thermostat but not the motor. In the meantime the temperature has not improved. Temperature readings were below the set temperature. So I called ****** thermostat company for help. They ran test and the results said that the problem was with the furnace and suggested I contact a HVAC technician. I called **** and text him the report that ecobee email me as well as various pictures of the thermostat readings. He stop responding to my calls and didnt respond to the text message. With everything he told me to replace Im in no better shape than what I was before he started working on my furnace.
