    *** came and replaced two **'s and one furnace. He had done the first furnace several years earlier and it worked well. The ** for the upstairs did not blow any cold air within two weeks of putting in. I called and *** came out and "fixed" it. It worked for a week then quit producing any cold air. Called multiple times over the late spring and summer and did not get an answer or a repair. Now we are starting to use the furnace *** installed and it is not producing as much heat as promised, making us have to go out and buy a ************ and use. THIS IS LUDICROUS to pay soo much money and not have two working units. Now I have found out that the company is out of business. I want *** to pay one of his competitors to come out and fix this or cover the charges.

    I had Lakeview ******************************************* out on 7/11 to replace my entire A/C Unit. The cost was $4,513.00. Upon replacement, inside my apartment unit, there was unfinished work tied to the piping in my unit and specific leaks called out by technician who worked in my unit. The business does not answer their office line or call you back after leaving voicemails. This job that I paid over $4k for is unfinished (not fixing leaks caused by in-unit work on 7/11) and being ignored by the business for services not yet rendered. I have called the company well over 15 times without someone answering or calling me back after leaving a voicemail. Based on their ****** reviews, this doesn't seem like the first time they have left unfinished work or ignored their customers.

    In April, ******************* and Lakeview Heating and Cooling was contracted to install a mini split heating and cooling system at my home located in ******* Square. They brought the items and half installed them, leaving the system dysfunctional and ultimately useless. All attempts to reach *** have gone unanswered. I was able to reach his employee who did the original work. They said they would come out to finish but never did and have not answered any communications since. In order to pay for the system they opened up a credit account with ************** in the amount of $13,000 of which they have received all the money. Synchrony has not been able to contact them and still is holding me responsible for the money. *** and his company need to be held accountable.
