    ********************************* was hired by my apartment management company to repair a malfunctioning air conditioner in my unit. A technician was sent to diagnose the problem, and he stated a part needed to be ordered. I was not given as estimated job completion date. I followed up with ******************** several days later on June 14th to inquire when the part would arrive. He stated he would follow-up and reiterated only that the part had been ordered. In the next days, I sent four subsequent messages asking for clarity on the timeline and an estimated job completion date. This included text messages, calls to his personal phone, and calls to his office phone. It is now June 22nd and no one has responded. The current temperatures are in the 90s-100s, and ************************ poor communication thus far has left me waiting in an uncomfortable, overheated apartment without any idea of when the air conditioning will be repaired. I wish this company would respect its customers and provide transparency regarding the work it's hired to do.

    The unit
     in question is a Daikin and getting parts is not an easy task. We have received,
    One of the needed parts, but not the second part to complete the repair. I have explained 
    The situation ,and even forwarded her the phone number for the local distributor to her to 
    See if she could get them to move faster.
        We are currently waiting on the needed part and ready to install it as soon as 
    we receive it.

    I am rejecting this response because:The response lacks any accountability for the mishandling of this project. Notice still no timeline is provided. Under what circumstances does one order a part and not have an estimated arrival date? I have been waiting almost two months for this repair- without air conditioning- in the middle of summer; this is far too long and unreasonable.

     

    This response also does not address ************************ failure to communicate initially about the timeline when directly texted questions and his failure to respond to office voicemails. I fail to see how this is a logistical problem. 

     

    Therefore, I reject this lackadaisical response.
