    The company sent me a phone and it never arrived. They were alerted and nothing was done other than them telling me to check on it with fed ex or **** Records indicate it was left at the door but there was never a phone there. The company verified that there was no signature for this device and it has not be used or online. They repeatedly email me about a **** for an item I don't have. I have raised this concern several times and they just ignore it and continue to try and **** me again.

    I recently began using this app, and truly enjoyed it. However, it just suspended my account one day...saying that I had blocked their Terms of Service somehow. I was like, 'What?' I sent 4 detailed emails, used their preferred customer service text, & even called after no response. They finally said they would get back to me via. The Return email stated that I had violated their terms...and that my acct was 'permanently blocked'. What? I hadn't done anything. And, the never specifically said what I supposedly done...just referred to their TOS page again. They also 'not so coincidentally', owed me for my 1st $10 gift card that I earned with them. A small amount, yet a large one...if they do this to thousands of customers. They are *********** *** am particularly offended because they attempted to call me one. I don't think so. I want my ***** ******* policy examined. This is clear fraud, promising users gifts...& then attempting to cancel their accts, when they attempt to collect. Their VPN violation was pure BS.

    The app advertised that if I completed the mission, I will get the points. I can redeem the points to gift cards or cash. I totally followed the rules and finally completed the mission. It really took me a lot of time and energy to complete the mission. However, the company did not give me the points they promised. I emailed them, but they just ignored my request. I would like to get the points (134865+62940) which equals around $115.

    On April 17th, I redeemed a $10 ****** play gift card for services rendered using the app (aka watching ads, listening to music, etc.)On April 18th, my account was permanently banned for fraudulent activity. I reviewed the *** and met none of the criteria for this violation. I appealed in-app requesting the reason for my ban, but my appeal failed and no information was provided, so I cannot provide support in defense of myself.

    On or about February 12, 2022, I initiated a customer service ticket concerning many Offers I completed, but did not earn anything from. Despite the Mode app making a liar of customer service, they continued to tell me that Offers shown by Mode as "still good" were expired. For example, one of the Offers I completed was for West Game. Even though the Mode app kept suggesting that the Offer was still good, Geraden from **************** felt the need to tell me that the Offer had expired, not minding it was Mode that told me the Offer was still good. No amount of logic, reasoning, evidence or warrants for legal action could change that.When I followed the requirements as Mode communicated them to me, they said that there were requirements I did not complete (when some screenshots show that I did). For example, the Offer for West Game had a simplr requirement (that I reach Level 16), they preferred to withhold Credits over some imaginary or nonexistent requirements not listed in the Offer. They blamed the anti-consumer company, Fyber, for Mode's false advertising while taking their side when they are in the wrong.Instead of giving just compensation, Mode gave me vain excuses for Fyber's and their misconduct (such as the preceding). Rather than doing the right thing, on or about March 15, 2022, they chose to offer ****** Credits to settle tickets for Offers worth approximately 1.5x that amount. They said the unwarrantable amount would arrive within 24 hours, but it did not arrive until March 23. The disbursement, and the preceding offenses made a liar out of Geraden, whose minute timing with the disbursement demonstrated the ability Geraden said Mode did not have, to provide the proper amount of Credits. They said the "courtesy" somehow precluded them from doing the right thing, when the "courtesy" was specifically sent instead of a proper (i.e., six-figure) amount of Credits as a political move to cheat me out of what I earned. They pretend not to hate the poor.

    We have reviewed this matter internally, as well as with the offer provider Fyber in this instance. And the information given to this user is correct.  

    The user was not rewarded based on either not completing the offer in time, not using the offer link originally provided, or some other factor that the offer provider identified. These offers are incredibly specific and have to be adhered to exactly in order to be rewarded.

    I'm filing this complaint because I signed up for the mode phone and it's refferal service in 2021. SUCCESSFULLY refered 10 people totalling to 250. To date I've only just received $25 after having to email every week for a month. Even though it states they pay out every beginning of the month.

    We do have internal checks before processing payouts for qualified referrals. As to your case, your referrals failed to qualify due to non-settlement of Pre-Authorization charge which is a crucial requirement for availing our subscription plan. Only one of your referrals was able to successfully pay the Pre-Authorization in effect, qualifies your for a successful referral which amount to $25 in which our team was able to process and sent the amount to your Paypal account last Feb 16, 2022.

    It's ******** every refferal that did not qualify was refunded. A manual payment for $225 was approved on the 1st of this month. If that was the case that would have been told to me last month when I asked about it for the 6th time.

    I understand you're upset. Profanity isn't going to help me help you.

    The -$225 transaction in the picture you sent is the manual adjustment we did to reflect the correct approved commission which a payout amounting to $25.

    You have in total of 10 referrals. Our system auto-approves it and our team do the manual internal checking one by one to make sure if a referral has: 1) an active account for the past 30 days; 2) have no past dues.

    In order for your referrals to have an "active account", they need to settle the Pre-Authorization charges - in which in your referrals' case have not been successfully settled Pre-Authorization charges therefore, they don't have an active account and definitely not been user of Mode Earn ********************** for at least 30 days, therefore disqualifies you for a payout.
