This company quoted ** at a price for the square footage range our home falls within. We agreed to this price and after a few cleaning sessions they stated our home is >1,500 square feet larger than what it actually is and they now need to charge us more money. We told them our homes purchase paperwork and multiple online sources state the correct square footage but they said they knew better because of their years cleaning homes.This felt like a bait and switch; we will not be using their services any longer.

Their website is deceiving & not trustworthy. On 10/7/23 I was on their website for the first time. Their website offered you a free quote. In order to get the free quote, I was required to type in my credit card information. It stated Booking will not be saved unless you have up-to-date CREDIT CARD in your Billing Info. I had to authorize their company to save my credit card information to keep on file for further transactions on my account. Im moving out of my apt & wanted to get their move out cleaning services. I was scheduled for Mon. 10/9 at 11am. It was $691.50. However, I couldnt tell for certain if I was reserved for that time slot. Website was confusing. I didnt believe my reservation was complete. So I sent a message through their website. In response a man named **** called me yesterday morning. He apologized for me having difficulty with their website. Then he gave me a different price for the same services of $359. Since the price was reduced for the same services, I accepted his offer. He was very nice, so I would trust him. He was a con artist, which I didnt figure out until afterwards. He asked for my credit cards SECURITY CODE on the back of my card, which I shouldnt have given to him. He had 2 phone #s. One was a womans name of ******* & the other as ****. I read online how youre not to give your SECURITY code to anyone on the phone. People who ask you for that are usually people who are interested in committing Identity Thief that can financially destroy an innocent person. I dont believe **** was his real name, due to his accent. I sent him an email & canceled the appointment for Monday after spending $359 for nothing. I accused him of calling me for the sole purpose to get my credit card security code.

Terrible service and terrible customer service. We booked an appointment for a standard cleaning. They rescheduled and came later than the time they said. They were Spanish speaking so they were no understanding what we wanted. When we spoke to them multiple times, and they called the "office" and told us they are cancelling the service in the middle of their job. When we called the office and they said we were asking for a lot! The question we last ask was "where is the 3rd person who came to clean with you last time!" We wasted our day and ended up cleaning the entire house ourselves. Would never recommend this service to anyone
