            I ordered the product along with the brushes on 3/11 for $38.89. I never received them nor did I receive a refund. The product was shipped back to sender. I have reached out the support email multiple times with no response. There is no number to call. I want my money back now.

            I ordered The Rinselilly brush cleaner online and it arrived within 2 weeks of ordering. However, when I opened it and read the instructions, I found that it would not work for my needs (and there was nothing on their website that would have informed me before I made the purchase). I contacted Rinselilly immediately (the day it arrived) to begin the returns process. I have emailed them a total of 3 times and have also filled out the "Contact" section of their website to get help and I have not heard anything back. They have a 30 day money back guarantee prominently advertised on the site.

            On 03/20/24 I ordered a makeup brush cleaner from rinselillys website. The order #*****. The product arrived but does not work properly. It is plugged into the correct outlet adaptor as described in the instructions. However, when I push the on button, it does not turn on. I was able to turn it on once, but since then it will not turn back on. I sent an email on 04/01 and 04/12 requesting a return and refund per the online instructions, I have not heard back from the company.

            Rinse Lilly is advertised all over social media to clean make up brushes. They promote an easy return process on their website, within 30 days of purchase. The directions state to email them to start the process. Ive emailed them twice with no response and also contacted on Instagram, with no response. Their brush cleaner is a cheap piece of plastic and it barely even spins the water, which does not clean brushes whatsoever. I purchased this on March 8, 2024 and paid $38.89 and would like to return the product and get a refund. This thing does absolutely nothing, they should be taken off the market as well.

            I ordered a product, and makeup brush cleaner, from this company. It shipped within a few day, and they took my money, but I never received the product. It has been over a month and a half, and I have tried contacting them at least 5 times. I have heard nothing back and still have not received the product
