My mom purchased a Tombstone for her daughter, my sister in May, 2024, as of Nov.2024, we still have not gotten any info on my mom's purchased, they have stop returning her calls so she asked me to handle the situation for her, cause she couldn't take it anymore. So I took over and contacted ******, and all he did was lied to me about the process, even about the application he was suppose to send to the cemetery for assessment. Next thing I know he's mom decided to take over and I spoke with her one time, and yes I was upset about being lied to, while I was being patient, now she will not return my call either, I have to deal with the cemetery about my sister's Tombstone, and they are very professional people, but they can only do so much. I do not recommend ANYONE to do business with this company you will regret .Review from Eric B

I ****.B Received the same treatment from this business ELMOS TOMBSTONE SERVICE I post to receive my mom headstone on September 7 2024 Stone never get received. I called the business several times did not get a response. I talked to the owner of the business and he gave me excuses at the excuses. He supposed to give me a full refund. Never did he met with me at the police station to give me my money, he did not have my money. He had a letter written by his mom promised me to give me my money on or before October 20th 2024. Never received my money now I dont know what to do to get my money back. This place is doing fraud business with customers. And if anyone else thats out there, they did business with this company and never received your mom headstone or your family headstone. Feel free to contact me so we could try to get our money back.Review from Barbara H

Elmo Tomestone Services offers Fraudulent Service. In May of 2024, I paid full price of $3800 for a monument for my Dad and was told it would be available by Aug. When reaching out to company, I continued to get multiple excuses for the delay. I finally had an appointment with the Mother of the business to approve the template for the monument on 10/7/24. After waiting an hour outside of business, the Son shows up and said his Mother had a conflict due to a job interview and she would call me to reschedule. I never received a call for another appointment. I called several times and left several messages. I have yet to receive a call back. Now it’s mid October and company is no longer responding to my phone calls or messages. This company was very unprofessional and now it appears that this company is doing fraudulent business with customers.
