            August 29, 2024 Thursday. give this motel ****** dollars for an overnight stay. the room, that was given to me didnt have a shower curtain, in the bathroom, water was everywhere on the floor, around the toilet to the door. table legs on table was broken and ready to break down in a second and then they have mouses in the rooms, no clean towels, only reusable towels that, other guests had use and they was dirty and nasty to us! toilet didnt flush properly, its a African man, who checked me in the room, he a scammer, over charging for the rooms and keeping the money and key and remote control deposit, return. he works only at night, until 6:00am thats when shifts changes! when given the room to me, I went to the office and reported the issues and the African man, just wrote it down, no Accommodations to give me another room, after taking my money. next day, didnt get no key deposit back and I checked out, before I was told to leave, also returned towels and key and remote control back to office and the Arab man, laughed in my face, after I explained the issues and didnt want to give me half of my money, back nor my key deposit, after all that, explaining issues about the room and returning the towels and remote control. therefore this motel knows about the rooms issues and yet, theyre still taking people money, without resolving issues or trying to accommodate the situation, especially when Im the Consumer and giving them my business. this motel is unhealthy and unsustainable because the rooms are completely, damage and destruction to their property and I wonder, how can they be allowed to pass inspections? someone has to shut down, this business, because its not only making bad business but its bad business for the community and people of color! help, help, help, help, help, help, help, help, help, help, help, help, help, help, help, help, help, help, help, help, help, help, help, help, help, help, help, help, help, help, help, help, help, help, help,

            Sink was crawling with numerous cockroaches. ***** refused to give me another room. Said I could stay in room the rest of the night which I refuse to do. I was out In the car at 3 AM with nowhere to go. The nasty clerk refused to give me another room or refund. Avoid this horrible, nasty disgusting place of business at all cost. I complained with the city of ******* to try to have them closed down.

            04/01/202 spent $85 for a overnight stay in which I saw a bed bug on my bed as well as a big water bug in bathroom.i complained 5o front desk and the lady said "we don't have bed bugs " as if I brought it. Tried to resolve at location but lady refused to offer any help nor did she give me owner/manager info
