My car was brought in because of a broken steering ****** insurance company came out to look at the car instead of the owner waiting for them to send the check for the repair she decided to use the business money fast forward I was suppose to pick my car up . I was told by one of the mechanics that the car engine is gone .. when I came into the location the steering ****** was not installed what the Owner did was told the mechanic that to install that steering ****** .. so her and the adjuster of the insurance going back and forth owner making these statements about she wasnt releasing the car to the insurance people which I had no acknowledgment as to why cause the owner unprofessional to even call me to tell me what was going on .. so the car is totaled African Americans needs to learn how to conduct better business than what they do and still aint never called me to tell me why she wasnt releasing the car .. then to ride pass theres and see the car not there makes me know the owner is hiding it but Im leaving this with the owner and the insurance company cause Ive signed over my rights to the vehicle.. ****** learned

JLJ MUFFLER & AUTO CARE DID ALL THE PROCESS THAT ANY BUSINESS WILL DO IN THIS TYPE OF SITUATION. ONCE I GOT APPROVAL FROM BOTH PARTIE'S WE STARTED BUT PARTS HAD BE ORDER JUST LIKE I TOLD THE CUSTOMER. WE DID RECIEVE PAYMENT BUT THE INSURANCE COMPANY CALLED AND SAID THEY CANCEL THE CHECKS. WE NEED TO GET PAID FOR THE SERVICE WE DID BEFORE THEY TOTAL THE VEHICLE OUT AND WE DID NOT CHARGE FOR THE STEERING ****** BUT WE PUT IT ON SO NO ONE WILL TRY AND STEAL IT BEAUSE THE VEHICLE WAS LEFT OUTSIDE THE **** ON OUR PARKING LOT. THERFORE WE NEVER HIDE THE VEHICLE AS THE CUSTOMER CLAIM WE DID. THE INSURANCE DO NOT RESPOND BACK AS QUICK AS SHE THINKS. THE FIRST ADJUSTOR DID BUT THE OTHER TWO I HAD TO CALL AND EMAIL ALMOST EVERYDAY. I HAD NO NEED TO CALL THE CUSTOMER WHEN SHE TOLD ME IN A MEAN WAY THAT SHE SIGN THE ***** OVER TO THE INSURANCE COMPANY AND SHE DON'T HAVE ANTHING TO DO WITH THE ***** THAT I NEED TO CONTACT THE INSURANCE COMPANY. I WISH *************************** THE BEST AND AS WOMAN SHE NEEDS TO WORK ON HER ATTITUDE AND STOP BLAMING THE WRONG PEOPLE FOR SITUATION THEY HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH.Initial Complaint

i went got ****** change from this business on June 24,2022 in on The 4 of July All the oil came out as i was driving on the express way in it locked my motor ** in blew out on my 2009 ***** malibu had the car for 2years im familiar with this business. now i don't have a car to drive in the Business have been close since, i currently work over Nights for the *** in i don't have a car to drive for me in my Family all off getting a oil change from this business i had mechanic to stop by in look at the car wasn't no Oil Pins or oil screen under the car i Really need Help With this Matter i have the receipt on hand u can Reach me at ************ My Name ******* Thank you So MuchBusiness response

I, ***************************** TALK TO THE CUSTOMER ******************************* ON JULY *****, 2022 AND SHE EXPLAIN TO ME THE ISSUE SHE HAS WITH HER VEHICLE, I ASK HER TO BRING IT IN THE NEXT DAY OR EVEN THE SAME DAY SHE CAME IN. SHE NEVER NOTIFIED ME THAT SHE WROTE A LETTER TO BBB. SHE SAID SHE FORGOT. WE WAS CLOSE FOR THE HOLIDAY. I FOUND OUT LAST WEEK WHEN I SEEN THE ***** FROM YOU. BEFORE THEN I TOLD HER THAT WE WILL FIX HER VEHICLE. ******************** IS AWARE THAT HER VEHICLE WILL BE FIX AND ILL CALL HER WHEN ITS READY JUST GIVE US SOME TIME TO REPAIR. ******************* AND I AGREED.
