I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle from this ** dealership, expecting reliability and professionalism. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing but frustration and poor *********** broke down just 2 weeks after purchase transmission failure required 3 weeks of repairs on a supposedly "certified" vehicle.Refund Issues I was overcharged $100 for a loaner vehicle, and despite multiple calls, I only received a partial refund. After chasing them down for weeks, they finally processed the full refund, but 3 weeks later, I still hadn't received it.***** Business Practices When I went in person to resolve the issue, they admitted they put a hold on my refund over a $5 disputewhich had nothing to do with their original mistake.Misrepresented Costs I was told a spare key would be $250, but later they admitted it was actually double the price $500.This dealership lacks integrity and professionalism when it comes to customer service, pricing transparency, and handling issues they cause. If you're considering buying here, be extremely cautious and triple-check all charges.I do NOT recommend this dealership. There are plenty of ** dealerships that actually stand behind their vehicles and their word.

This is he worst experience I have had shopping for a vehicle , and that's saying a lot. I test drove a USED Golf sport wagon s. I asked online what the price was, called in and double checked the price, and even when first talking with the sales person confirmed that the price was as advertised online. Now, trying to discuss a final price for this vehicle, they would not disclose an interest rate. The Sales Team* not even their Finance team, went back and forth with me on the price of the vehicle and an estimated monthly payment. They wouldn't give me an exact monthly payment because according to them, they still didn't have an interest rate for me. I felt something was wrong and didn't move forward with the vehicle. I highly recommend nobody do business with this dealership. Completely dishonest and borderline criminal bait n switch tactics. Thanks to their sleazy business practice and my mistake for not reading further into this locations review, I wasted my time.They also tried adding a $5000 CPO (certified pre owned warranty), They refused to take it off . At this point the car went from a 12,500k price tag to 17,900k with no tell on interest rate and a monthly payment between $250-350 on a car that was only advertised at $12,500. I was expecting the tax n title transfer fees, but there were unexplained service fee's and other gouged fees and then the tax was calculated on all of it. Of course they start the car dealership 'run-around'. Between the false advertising, the price gouging, the total 'Yo BRO' feel of the sales people; this is the worst dealership I have ever been to.

On my repair estimate it said, *************** Filter: filters found dirty, replacement of filters recommended" for $203. I had just changed my filters the week before so that was clearly a false statement. Service Advisor explained that it's laborious to take out the filters and check so they put that on all cars without history at the dealership. First and and last time there for me and a warning for others.

So me and my family certified used vehicle 2022 is it already needs a major repair and their customer service is terrible. Everyone gives you the runaround.

This is by far one of the worst experiences I had shopping for a vehicle. I drove an hour and a half to buy a USED Golf R. I asked online what the price was, called in and double checked the price, and even when first talking with the sales person (Gabe) confirmed that the price was as advertised online. Once they ran my credit they added on a $5000 CPO (certified pre owned warranty), $3500 Interior protection plan, and $600 for Nitrogen.$600 FOR NITROGEN. They refused to take it off and would not do anything about it. At this point the car went from a 48,995k price tag to 58k. The manager then HAD to explain to me that this is normal and instead of charging a markup, they charge this and this way both the dealer and the customer win. I asked why the price was different online, and the Manager blamed it on the online marketing team. He said "they always mess up the online prices". The blame game isnt a good look. The car has been on their lot for 60 days now and it looks like they did the same thing to somebody else from the reviews I'm reading on the same car. Between the false advertising, the price gouging, and constant lying from the manager this is the worst dealership I have ever been to.

Very nice place to do business with. Vale in service is top notch with regards to customer service and vehicle knowledge. Pricing is fair, work is great and customer service is excellent

I purchased a Passat and they let someone test drive my car after I gave them a $1,000 deposit. My paperwork said 13 miles were on the odometer, but there were a lot more when I was leaving. They refused to take the car back for 2 months. They also did 15 hard inquiries over the 2 months I tried giving it back due to breach of contract. I returned the car on Christmas Eve. After 15 hard inquiries on my credit report I chose a different route buy my replacement car. Dirty business.

I went in to test drive a 2017 VW Golf with 50k miles. ***** trying to discuss a final price for this vehicle, and without my knowledge, they took a hard inquiry on my credit report and wouldn't disclose an interest rate. They wouldn't give me an exact monthly payment because according to them, they still didn't have an interest rate for me. I felt something was wrong and didn't move forward with the vehicle but now I see 2 hard inquiry pulls on my credit report one from the dealership and another Capital One.I highly recommand nobody do business with this dealership. Completely dishonest and criminal. Thanks to their sleazy business practice and my mistake for not reading further into this locations review, my credit score had declined due to these hard pulls.
