I placed an order for a white peplum line jacket on November 2nd and I still have not received notification stating that my jacket has been shipped! This is my second time ordering from this company and I experienced the same issue previously (LONGGGG WAIT TIME FOR SHIPPING) and both times I sent multiple emails requesting information about my order. However, I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt by supporting their business again as I assumed that the previous delay was due to the fact it may have been peak season. But, I can see that LONG shipping times and not responding to customers emails are a part of their standard business practices! I even sent an email, after having waited for SEVERAL WEEKS for my first order, stating that I would like to exchange my sweatshirt and NO ONE EVER RESPONDED! So, I am now STUCK with a sweatshirt that I cant wear. But, as mentioned previously, I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt! I am extremely disappointed and will NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN as I am still waiting for shipping notification for an order that was placed November 2nd! I have disputed the charges with my financial institution! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!Review from Andrea P

I placed an order for my daughter on December 10, 2022. When the order did not arrive by Christmas, I sent an email inquiring about the delivery date. I received an immediate automated response stating that "all others placed after December 12th would not be shipped until their return on January 7th. It is now January 13th. I have sent several follow-up emails and now the company has ghosted me (no response). I have gone to the website and left a message on the live chat. Still no response. I will reach out to pay pal to retrieve my money. This company has no intention of providing the products I purchased. Based on the other complaints it appears that the company takes funds with the exchange of the goods.Review from Stephanie R

Was sent the wrong item. No response no accountability. Sent back no refund no contact just nothing!
