He was able to guide me through the entire procedure and was there when the *** postal service lost my documents needed to apply for a passport. *** always gave me clear and precise explanations. He knew how to call me at the right time to keep me informed of the processing of the application. In the end, I received my passport on time and was able to return to ******. Urgent Passport Services exceeded my expectations: Provided a detailed package to collect all the required documentation. Held a personal interview prior to submitting my package. Beat the guaranteed time line by 2 days. I would definitely use their service again.Review from Alissa V

This company is amazing! one week prior to our 20th wedding anniversary trip to the Caribbean my husband discovered his passport had less than 6 months remaining! PROBLEM! I googled...found one company who said they could do it online, who then immediately refunded me the Monday prior to the trip Sunday morning, saying they didn't have enough time. In steps Urgent Passport Services in a last ditch effort on Monday morning! ******** to the rescue who then walked the hubby through everything to ensure he had everything properly put together to help them help him! Good thing too...as not sure we would have made it to 21 years! Passport then got delayed due to our mail system...but ultimately delivered to us by 10AM on Saturday morning! AMAZING Service! Cannot recommend enough. White glove all the way- and year 21 of marriage assured! Thank you so much!Review from Jeff T
