On 12/01/2024 I called four seasons for a problem with my furnace, it was short cycling, a ********** from Four Seasons checked the furnace and determined that the gas valve was set too high, and he lowered it and called it a fix and I paid $268.00, a few weeks later the same problem returned, I called Four Seasons, and I explained that it was the same the problem as before, I asked if I would be charge for service called and the girl at Four Seasons assured me that I wouldn't be charged, on 12/27/2024 the second ********** came out and checked the furnace, he told me that the setting on gas valve was too low, I explained that the first ********** had lowered it, he further analyze the furnace, and thought that it could either the high limit switch or the pressure switch, I didn't have the money for the repairs that were supposed to have been done on first call, he left but came back fifteen minutes later, ******* ( DISPATCHER) talked to me on the techs cell phone questioning the why wouldn't get the job done being that the tech was at my house, I told him I couldn't do it at this time, tech. walked out but came back with an invoice for the service call, I spoke with ******* and tried to explain how I was told there wasn't going to be a charge for the service call, ******* told that the tech. was here for a while and the trip to my house cost money, I tried to explained what they told me at four seasons, but he got loud, and then I started getting loud, he hung up on me and I was left upset, I called customer service which was helpful, they told me I wouldn't be billed, but a couple of hours later I received an invoice for $85.00 I was contacted by customer representative (********) he told me not to worry about the bill, an offer was made for them to come out a third time and replace the high limit switch, I told him no thank you, he ask how they can make it right I told with a full refund. I haven't heard from him since and it's been a couple of weeks.

I am writing to express my frustration with the delays and excessive requirements imposed by Four Seasons ******************************************* in addressing an issue with my furnace. My family, which includes a disabled senior, is currently without heat in freezing temperatures (19 degrees), and this situation is being prolonged due to the companys handling of my warranty ********** is what has transpired:1.A technician from Four Seasons diagnosed that the motor in my furnace failed. Initially, I was quoted over $1,300 for repairs. When I inquired about the warranty, the technician confirmed that the parts are still under warranty (valid for 10 years; my furnace is 9 years old).2.The technician informed me that the warranty could not be redeemed until I provided a receipt for the latest tune-up. After locating and providing the required receipt, I called to schedule the repair.3.I was told I would be contacted by a representative. When I followed up, I was informed that one receipt was not enough; I now need to provide receipts documenting tune-*** for the past nine years. These shifting requirements are both unreasonable and belaboring. At no point during the warranty purchase was I made aware that such extensive documentation would be required. The delays caused by these unnecessary hoops are preventing my furnace from being repaired and leaving my family in the cold.I am requesting immediate intervention to ensure that Four Seasons expedites the repair process and honors the warranty without further delays or excessive demands. My priority is ensuring that my furnace is repaired as soon as possible to restore heat to my home.Thank you for your attention to this urgent matter.

My aunt, who is a senior citizen, contacted this business in an effort to repair a damaged thermostat for her furnace/air conditioner. This company then proceeded to charge my aunt 450 dollars for the most basic thermostat. The hardware is a basic thermostat that can be purchased on ****** for forty dollars. Her previous thermostat offered much more options. Along with this, the technician persuaded her to purchase a new filter for her humidifier, get a cleaning of all the equipment and also replaced a part that she had no idea whether needed to be replaced or not. She was charged for the following:1. New thermostat $444.00 2. Service call $85.00 3. 7.5 md Capacitor. $247.00 4. Clean and check humidifier $28.00 5 clean and check furnace $139.95 Minus a $50.00 coupon the total in the end was ****** My aunt suffers from anxiety and is not one to question things. FOUR SEASONS PLUMBING is not a reputable company. On 11/22/24 I had them come out to camera my sewer drain. They showed up without the camera, looked in the pipe and then said they needed to come back with a camera. They charged me $635.00 for that. On 11/25/24 they came back with the camera and said that outside excavation was needed for the pipe outside and quoted me more than $11800.00!! And said they needed to get started right away, like it was an emergency. It was not an emergency. There were no symptoms of a sewer drain issue. I was simply doing a look as preventative and if there were tree roots to rod them out. I had a second opinion from a reputable plumbing and sewer company. There was no break in the pipe outside, they used a camera and rodded the tree roots out. They said if I had needed excavation it would be about $6000.00 not the almost $12000.00 quoted by Four Seasons. They also gave me a flash drive from the camera. So now I am trying to get my $635.00 back to which is a full time job. They told me they would charge me $250.00 for the look inside the pipe and would credit me $385.00. I have yet to receive that credit despite multiple calls to them. Today, I called and asked to speak with **** ****** the owner and was told by "****" in customer service that he does not take calls from customers. Four ******************** must be a failing business if they need to rip off customers to stay afloat.

I am rejecting this response because:
Please keep this claim open as there has not been a satisfactory resolution.

This business reached out to me by phone on 12/31/24 and advised me they would refund $385.00 dollars to me after I signed a document (via docusign) they sent to my email.  The document said if I accept the refund of $385.00 I would need to remove all the poor reviews I have on social media within 24 hrs of my signature.

Of Course, I rejected this offer as they are now trying to bride me and basically holding my money hostage.

I bought a $40K from Four Seasons and 1 yr after installing it needed repairs. It was leaking water into the boiler and the entire inside totally rusted. Instead of the replacement they redid the boiler then 2 weeks later they had to come back andd replace more parts. Every year since 2021 four seasons had to repair this lemon law boiler. This November when they came to clean the boiler it was running then 2 days later it cut off. Four seasons came out and found the igniter was faulty so it was replaced. Then called back for it acting up again and upon opening the basement we were hit by hazardous stem from the boiler. The boiler was shut down and a part was ordered. Four seasons demanded $330 to prefer the part and $330 when the part came to be put on. A steam vent. When the part came it literally cost $25 and the other &635 was labor. The technician literally unscrewed the old vent put blue plumbing tape on the new part then screwed it in. I was livid!!! When i complained I was told yes the part was cheap but your paying for the labor and the warranty. The warranty on the box said it covered the part for a year!!!! Then I was contacted about fixing a leaky radiator and how I needed to get that scheduled to be fixed for $813!! I screamed so much at the they hung up. I need to be made whole after being subjected to constant faulty products repeated repairs complaints from tenants every winter buying heaters for apartments when the heat went out and just plain fairness from a business who advertised how accomplished and competent a company they are.

Date of Service: December 2024 Nature of Service: Electrical panel upgrade to 200-amp ********** December 2024, I hired Four Seasons Heating and Cooling to replace and upgrade my homes electrical panel. Recently, I discovered visible soot and burn marks inside the panel. Concerned about the potential fire hazard, I had a licensed third-party electrician inspect the panel. Their findings indicated that the damage was likely due to loose connections or improper installation, both of which fall under Four Seasons responsibility. When I contacted Four Seasons to resolve this issue under the warranty provided at the time of installation, they refused to address the problem, citing my engagement of a third-party inspection. This refusal is baseless, as the warranty should cover workmanship defects regardless of an external inspection. This situation is extremely serious, as the burn marks and soot in the panel indicate a potential fire hazard, putting my family and property at significant risk. Moreover, Four Seasons' refusal to honor their warranty leaves me with costly repairs that should not be my responsibility I have attempted to resolve this matter directly with Four Seasons, but they have refused to take accountability or inspect the panel for workmanship defects.I respectfully request the BBB to intervene and assist in holding Four Seasons accountable. Specifically, I am asking that Four Seasons:1. Inspect the electrical panel to determine the cause of the soot and burn marks.2. Repair or replace any faulty components or workmanship issues at no cost to me, as per the warranty agreement.3. Provide a written statement confirming the panels safety after repairs are completed.Four Seasons Heating and Cooling's refusal to honor their warranty and address a serious safety concern is unacceptable. I am filing this complaint to seek immediate resolution and to prevent others from facing similar issues.

Faulty install of pvc pipes of exhaust caused a leak and worry of carbon monoxide. Four seasons assumed no fault and were not amenable to pay for what was needed to fix their egregious error. When I tried to call when service men were out their lines were down for an hour. The lack of glue on pvc piping was negligence and dangerous and not OK.

9.23.2023 Four Seasons installed HVAC system. Full payment financed $8704.00. There were 4 service calls regarding the furnace NOT turning on between 12.2.2023- 01.31.2024. In addition to 9 service calls for same reason 11.16.2024- 11.29.2024. Twelve different Service Technicians have diagnosed several different reasons and replace different components or at times the same component. This issue has cause a discomfort due to the cold and inconvenience of missing work to assist my elderly mother ****** ***** while the furnace has been out for hours at a time and even over night. **************** has been contacted and inform that we are requesting a claim. I spoke to *****/customer service manager ******************* on 11.28.2024 and informed her that we no longer have faith in this furnace working consistently and she asked what did we want them to do. I informed her that I wanted a furnace replacement or refund. She replied I am not going to argue with you, its been a year. I did not communicate to her in a argumentative tone but a firm statement of what I wanted when she asked. It appears the furnace is defective and I want Four Seasons to acknowledge this fact and honor the contract because I am not satisfied with this defective furnace and the consistent inconvenience.

We wanted to provide a detailed update regarding the recent service visit and our latest conversation regarding the ongoing concerns with your furnace.
    Technician's Report:
Our technician conducted a thorough diagnostic during the most recent service call. Here are the key findings and actions:
The system was tested extensively, during which the gas valve failed, receiving 27 volts and failing to turn on, resulting in a lockout condition.
The gas valve was replaced, and additional safety checks were performed, including tests for gas leaks (none detected) and carbon monoxide ***** which was also not present.
A video recording of the testing process and findings was shared with you for transparency and to demonstrate the diagnosis.
    Current Status:
The furnace is now functioning according to manufacturer specifications following the repair. Based on this, the manufacturer has determined that the system does not qualify for a replacement at this time.
    Our Recent Conversation:
We appreciate your patience and understanding during our discussion, though we completely recognize your frustration given the history of service visitsover 10 since the beginning of 2024. You also mentioned your satisfaction with the previous unit purchased from us, which highlights the disparity in your current experience.
    As we concluded:
We provided you with direct contact information to ensure you have a dedicated point of support for any future issues this season.
While the system is working as designed for now, we encourage you to reach out immediately if additional problems arise, so we can address them promptly.
As of now, we are closing the claim, but it will be reopened if further issues occur.

Your satisfaction remains a priority, and we are committed to supporting you through any future concerns. Should any further issues arise or if you have additional feedback, please dont hesitate to contact us directly at *********************.
Thank you for your continued patience as we work to ensure your furnace operates reliably. We value your trust in Four Seasons and remain dedicated to resolving this matter to the best of our ability.

(The amount of service calls alone is very significant) I am not satisfied with Four Seasons response since my mother and I have been inconvenienced due to the failure of the furnace installed by Four Seasons. I am rejecting this response because: Four Seasons Heating Air Conditioning Company has failed to guarantee 100% satisfaction per their agreement. Please review the specific attached document which notes the ***************** Program/Four Season Peace of Mind declaration. I am not satisfied nor do I have Peace of Mind; giving the first three months of purchase, several service calls were initiated in DEC 2023 and Jan 2024 regarding furnace failure to turn on.  Following 2024 winter season, a series of service calls in Nov 2024. As a customer, I do not feel satisfied that this furnace will not fail again. It does not feel good or comforting to be sitting in a COLD house awaiting  a service technician to service a NEW FURNANCE.
