            We are a small, family-owned business with more than 15 years of experience in construction and the management of rental properties across Illinois and Northern Indiana. Our main offices are located in Chicago, in the eastside neighborhood. We currently serve home and business owners with interior and exterior renovation projects, as well as storm-related repairs covered by insurance. Our company and associates hold several licenses at the state level, including a public adjuster license with the IL Department of Insurance, a real estate license, and a roof contractor license with the IL Department of Financial and Professional Regulation. Our contracting company is insured, licensed and in good standing in multiple cities, including the City of Chicago, Orland Park, Calumet City, Lansing, Hillside, and South Holland, to mention a few.
