    I use to bring my family to the McDonalds location in ****, ** however they have lost a regular family as I recently found out from their own mgmt that they have rats and have traps placed as they are trying to get rid of them asap before inspectors come. If thats the case the inspectors need to show up unannounced right now. I also found out from some of the school kids that work there that the grill was accidentally scrubbed with the same scrub brush that mgmt thought was supposed to be for the toilets ?? Sanitation at this location as well as rude customer service from their own mgmt needs the attention of the owners of this McDonalds location, its not even the young kids. The young kids working there are polite, the **** on the other hand needs to be reviewed.

    This isn't the first issue I've had with this location and SAME manager. I haven't cried from embarrassment or feeling targeted before. This also isn't the first time the manager herself, ******, hasn't personally and professionally came to my friend and I (last time it was my husband and I) herself. The first time my husband and I will were regulars just to get breakfast and coffee and sit in our CAR (like many other people do daily) and looked up after only being the for not even 10 minutes and we're surrounded by ********* police. When we asked why they were there they said SHE had told us many times she"didn't want us there" for absolutely no reason what so ever. She never, NOT ONCE, said a word to us before.. EVER! I'm not sure what other lies she had said but next thing we knew they were trying to physically remove us from our car and TASED my husband in 4 different places on his shoulder and under his arm pit. Twice because he was protecting me from being tased as I have medical issues and could have been killed just by that. Still, no apology. Tonight my friend and I who come often and ORDER as it's cold out (since my car was taken bc of the first incident which was my biggest accomplishment and HOME so now I sleep outside in freezing temps) she sent an employee out while she hid in the office to tell us we had 5 minutes to get out. When I asked why as we JUST PAID FOR FOOD and only one other REGULAR was there I want given an answer. That place is constantly dirty, it takes forever to order since all the employees are ****** hangin out yelling profanity (which is NEVER dealt with) I'm always given nasty looks from her and want an explanation why. This isn't ok. I waste money on cold food which I'm lucky to be able to get. So sitting there quietly when nobody else is there shouldn't be an issue. They need a manager replacement. Luckily I'm a mature adult bc others wouldn't take to this kind of harassment. If she cant address issues she shouldn't be a manager

    I went to the McDonalds off ************************* in north Little Rock the employees there wouldnt let me and my friend use the bathroom and said the lobby was closed but as soon as another customer comes in they serve them and take their order and everything McDonalds needs to do better with their employees and who they hire and give a raise to and why. I shouldnt have been this mad because of McDonalds that doesnt follow the own rules they got for their fellow employers

    The mother is the lead gm at the work, her son is right below her. She covers up for him all the time, he comes into work high on meth all the time. He was throwing food and messing with our orders while we were trying to hand them out, we’ve tried mentioning it to the gm but it’s his mother, so she’s not been doing anything about it, but its making everyone else at McDonald’s work harder because he literally does nothing but sit there and talk to himself and fidget with his hands… it’s hard for other people to get a job there because everyone there that’s gm is connected with each other and they ALL cover for each other..

    This is for the west ******** McDonalds in ***************.. I went here today to pick up an order and the outside of their restaurant is absolutely disgusting. Trash everywhere, needles, and people with literal rotting abscesses all over their legs walking around crowding the area where you have to walk up to their window. This is not cleanly, or anything you want to see anywhere near where you are purchasing food Worst of all, somebody was smoking what I assume was ******** as I walked by them and I smelled it, which means I inhaled some of the second hand smoke. If I were to become seriously ill from that, or worse, best believe I would be suing McDonalds for allowing this to take place outside their restaurant Step up McDonalds, youre a billion dollar corporation, either hire security, work with the police, or close up shop. Because this filth should not be allowed to be going on outside any establishment and the fact that you allow it to is a testament to the quality of your working conditions

    The restaurant located at ******************************************, is one of the worst restaurants I have been to. I sat in the drive-thru for literally 10 minutes and did not receive an acknowledgment or greeting from staff. What the heck is going on at this location?

    Dont get mad at the location for their corporated apps that contain bugs all the time. Theyre usually good at fixing mistakes if orders are missing items. But is rare, been coming to this one for years (moved to ********* 2016) the staff are nice and polite. Food is always fresh and love the way the new dine in areas look. More room to wait for to go. And so many bad reviews but they always come back to their local McDonalds lol must not be THAT bad haha. I love McDonalds since I was a kid haha who dont, and try and realize they hire teens 16 over so give them some slack, if mistakes occur, Im sure theyll fix it if you bring it up nicely and respectfully, time to put a more updated accurate one!

    Hello,My complaint is not regarding any specific McDonalds or any employees as every employee I have come across is very friendly in my area. My complaint is the app. I have never been able to redeem my rewards points because every time I try to use the app and it asks me if I would like to add the redemption to my mobile order or use at a location, I click on it and it loads forever until it says oops and kicks me out. I am at the point where I think its a scam, it really stinks to be in line trying to redeem your points but the app wont work so you either say forget it or pay full price which is very high due to inflation. Can you do me a favor and tell me the trick to getting he app to work or just get rid of it at this point. Sincerely,A person who would just like to redeem their rewards

    The Woman Manager at ***************************************************************************************. Is so ride to me everything I come in. They messed up my order and left me sitting for almost 30 minutes for a coffee. She yelled at me was rude immediately over HER mistake . She said it doesn't matter if I leave a review because it's privately owned and laughed at Me when I have been spending money in this location everyday. Customer I guess is NOT RIGHT BUT MANAGER IS ALEAYS RIGHT ATT THIS LOCATION. I've never been treated so poor in my life. It was so embarrassing as she belittled me and treated me like I wasn't even a human. It was horrible and I don't wish that kind of treatment on anyone. Her employee **** the coffee to someone else and just left me sitting there for almost 30 minutes. I will never come back here unless this problem is fixed. Discrimination on customers as the manager lady thinks she is more powerful and that the customer can do " nothing " about anything she does. This must stop. As it is a power hunger .
