I went to Security Training Concepts for an armed security and concealed carry class. The way ******************* handle people is unprofessional and ignorant. I am a veteran who served the Air Force for 10 years as a Security ************* (military cop). I needed this class for a job. I am experienced with firearms and firearms safety. At the range, my strong (dominant) hand is my left. I always handled a firearm with my left hand only. ******************* approached me and yelled at me to use my right hand. I try to explain my experience but he told me, I dont give a f**k and you will do what I f**king tell you to do. I was upset and he then threatened to disqualify me for my attitude. Next day in class, he asked do we want to express on how we feel about him and/ or the course. There was one girl that addressed my situation. His response was, I told her to switch because of the weapon she had (beretta which I used in the military) she tried to tell me but I dont f**king care what she have to say. She was going to do what the f**k I said and guess what she did what the f**k I said and passed. I didnt respond just sat there and paid attention. At the end of the day giving out certificates, he stops me and told me to leave and just text him to talk. I didnt appreciate the disrespect and wasting my time driving an hour for two days and receive nothing.

I went to security training concepts to get a carry conceal license and complete the other half of my security training. I took the 16 hours neccessary to complete the qualifications needed and I qualified at the range and was successful passing my range test. I have a 10 year background in the security field working at data centers and high level security facilities. On the 2nd day of the course and final day of the training right at the end. I was told I had damaged a door on the property and was refused by the instructor to have my credentials sent in to the state. I was shocked considering the instructor told me he had video of me allegedly damaging this door he spoke of. When I asked to see the video he could not produce it. I was 1 million percent certain his allegations were false considering when I attempted to leave the building on the 1st day of training there was a young lady stuck at the exit of the building who also could not get out of this so called damaged door. I asked her why she was still standing there and she said the door would not open. She tried to open it and was unsuccessful then I tried to open it both of us were unsuccessful. We called the instructor ******************* to come down and let us out the building. The next day when I came back to finish the course ******************* which was the firearms instructor falsely accused me of breaking the door. I was shocked and extremely upset I asked to review the footage and he claimed he didnt have access too it. I said if you see the video you will see that before I ever tried to exit the building there was a young lady and group of people stuck in the stairwell located in front of the exit. He falsely accused me of damaging the door began to try and extort more funds from me, refused to sign my credentials threatened to call the police on me and kicked me out the building. His allegations were completely false and meritless. He kept my money for the class and was highly disrespectful towards me and my time.
