I took my car to be repaired by them. We agreed on a price $6500 in total to fix the whole vehicle. My car has been in their repair lot since July of 2021. I gave them $3,000 up front to start on repairs and we agreed on the rest which was $3500 once they were done with the car. the only thing they did was buy two doors and a bumper. They painted half of the car, when they were suppose to paint the entire car. Then brought the car back with chips in the paint and the paint was peeling off the front bumper. I asked for receipts of everything he paid for and he told me he would have to find them. I picked my car up from their shop on march 27,2022. I was told that he couldn't find pieces for the vehicle after the fact they had my car for 6+ MONTHS on work that he was sure he could do. I called today get the information on how much he spent on parts and what actual work he did. I Was told by him that I'm busy and hung up on. I asked two months prior about receipts and was given the run around by this person. I took the car to another shop and they said that the mounts near the engine were cracked and it's about $4000 worth of work to be replaced. This company didn't make me aware of any of this out all the time I went back and forth up there to check on the vehicle. So they cheated me out of money and had me believe they could service my vehicle to be repaired, but in reality took money from me without even being sure they could repair the car. If the company wasn't sure they couldn't repair it, they shouldn't have even took any money from without being sure they could repair it.
