We highly recommend that you inspect each product carefully upon receipt, as this will allow us to correct any issues in a timely manner.If there are any errors that were made on your order, please contact us by phone at 312.835.8572 or email adoremejewels@yahoo.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). You will need to have the following information available at the time you contact us; your company name, invoice number, item number of the product you wish to return, size (if it’s a ring you are returning), quantity, and the reason for the return.If you are unable to contact us right away, be sure to call or email us within ten (10) business days upon receiving your package. If you contact us past this ten (10) day period, we may be limited in how we are able to best assist you. Please do NOT mail back returns if you have not received a RMA number. This is very important! We will refuse any packages that do not have the proper RMA number written on the outside of the returning package.
