    I'd like the $330.00 to be returned, as his "repair" never worked and his "repair" damaged the system beyond repair. Also, he was here for 30 minutes or less, with the sysytem NEVER being fixed. My husband was on the way home from surgery and air was a non- negotiable.I feel all monies should be refunded. Follow up calls produced rude, insults...see below.I have already placed my review on YELP and the BBB review page.See details below:He arrived on the hottest day in May. Our air conditioner went out. We were told that he'd go and get new parts and reboot the sytem. He returned, installed the parts, waited for maybe 10 minutes and left. The house did not cool and within the hour, the whole unit blew. This, after charging $165.00 for parts, and the service call on a Saturday was $330.00 for maybe 30 minuts of work. I have since been told that his "fix" is what totally made the unit unfixable. When I called to inquire, I was insulted by a male as to why I did not ask for the parts he installed, when we chose to go with another company. Why would I ask for their parts~!? Anyway, he did refund me the $165.00 parts fee, but not the service charge of $330.00 for 30 minutes of time.I feel a refund is due.

    We had a very experienced serviceman on the job, and he was aware of the circumstaces and the unit was running when he left.

    The customer should have called us back .  The unit was very old and the customer wanted it running.. We would have refunded

    the full amount if the customer had us put the new system in , but that was not the case.

    I needed to parts back to refund the full amount, but was not given access.

    I am rejecting this response because:  I did call and left a detailed message stating that  I do have the parts he installed after the initial rude phone conversation with him.

    I was able to retrieve the parts from the new company.

    I am willing to give him those parts in exchange for my refund for the service visit. His poor demeanor and attitude was the reason we chose to go elsewhere.

    Good morning. The system was very old.  We did get it running, and it was running when we left with no guarnatees to the customer.

    The customer wanted a refund for the parts and I just needed the parts back.. I never recieved so I did not refund the money.

    I thought is was pretty clear cut.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    As stated, his company did not provide accurate cooling to our home. Yes, the unit was old, however...he expressed his " fix" would work. Again, parts $ was returned via check from business.

    Again, his rude demeanor when I called, very chauvinistic and woman degrading. 

    Again, I HAVE THE PARTS, he never has called back to collect them.

    He CAN HAVE THE PARTS!

    I want some, if not all of the service charge back. Less than 30 minutes of time, for my entire unit to "blow" an hour later. ( The hottest day of May as well.)

    BY THE WAY, I HAVE GIVEN THIS COMPANY MANY CHANCES , purchased furnaces and... they always leave me not satisfied.
