I paid them to do all windows in the house and put a brand new metal roof on house which was grey they put two spots on the metal roof a completely different color because they didn’t order the right price so they bought what they could I did not approve of the windows were not fully sealed and one of the windows was broke when they came back to replace the last window I asked them to fix everything he refused Bc I wouldn’t give him the last 600 I owed him plus there was a roof that wasn’t done that was part of the quote

The roof was done and completed with your wife's approval. You might not like her decision, but was not ours. We recommended waiting for the right color Valley pan. But your wife said we won't be able to see it from the road, so it's ok. As for your windows we came to replace the one that was broken in delivery from ******** and you refused to pay said due balance because of the roof situation agreed to be placed by your wife at the time. We could've ordered a new plan in the stock color, but you didn't want to wait for it to come in, then when you didn't like it after that you tried to make us cover the cost of your decision. Totally not to blame on this.Customer Response

Never refused to pay just wanted all the work fully done before the final payment was made like putting trim around the two windows that needed it that was taken off but never put back on and siliconed on the outside where needed and wanted roof fixed it was done the different color without my approval my girlfriend not wife never signed the contract I was only one that signed it so i should of been one to ask anyway
