Made an appointment for them to come out and repair my stove. They asked for my credit card and charged me a full repair service without even coming to the house yet. I asked them if I could cancel and they told me sure but never advised me that there would be a $94 Charge even if I canceled and they did not come out. First of all to charge me for the services before the services rendered and then to charge me to cancel even though I cancel 24 hours in advance is unacceptable. I would never recommend them to anybody..

The customer was initially charged $119.00 for the assessment. After contacting us to cancel, a refund of $94.00 was processed. Typically, a $25 processing fee applies; however, we have also refunded this fee as part of the resolution.

Totally unreliable and incompetent!! Had a tech come out to repair my ice maker. 1st visit tech said good to go however, it wasnt. 2nd visit told manufacturer issue with ice maker and he would have to order a new one. 30 days later for 3rd visit he replaced my ice maker. Next day refrigerator no longer cooling!! Called Unique Repair and told they couldnt get a tech out to me for 5 days!! Nevermind everything in my freezer was defrosted!! I contacted them again asking for a tech to come in sooner and was told Saturday vice Monday. Saturday came and I received a message stating tech had vehicle problems and would not be available until Monday. Monday gets here and I receive another text saying I had been rescheduled to Tuesday!!!! Tuesday I call to confirm my appointment and was told the tech called in sick and wouldnt be available until September 3rd!!! I am without a working refrigerator and have lost my food in the refrigerator and am living out of a cooler and Unique Repair can do nothing about it! Worst company I have ever had the experience of working with! I contacted a different ** repair company, they will be here tomorrow. Will have to pay out of pocket unless ** is willing to cover the cost.

The only GREAT thing I can say about this range is the lovely woman who assisted me on 8/8 and 8/9 24 regarding need for a serial number to request ********************** on the oven door, which necessated range replacement and now service once again for the same issue.her name is **********, and she went above and beyond to provide information I requested. Other than that not at all happy with this appliance.

This service is absolutely terrible! If I could give a "0" stars I would chose that option! So, I've made the appointment via their website and made it for the earliest recommended available date, printed out the confirmation, and then patiently waited for more than one week for the day of the appointment! Needless to say, in the day of the appointment nobody got back to me to confirm it, so I called Customer ********************** with one hour BEFORE the expiration of the scheduled window of service, just to find out that they don't even have the appointment on their books! This is the epitome of INCOMPETENCE! On top of all that, the customer ********************** operator just hang-up on me, and when I called for the second time, she just put me on hold, as a revenge for me asking why is the appointment NOT showing up on their books! ABSOLUTELY AWFUL SERVICE!!! I would NEVER, EVER used them again, and I would strongly discourage EVERYONE falling for this scam!

We recently had your company come out and repair our ******* refrigerator. We were having issues with our ice maker not working at all and freezing over and a loud buzzing noise coming from the refrigerator that would stop once you opened the refrigerator doors and then begin again once the doors had been closed.According to *******, anything to do with the ice maker was completely covered by warranty for parts and labor. When the technician was out last week, they advised that there were a few additional things that needed to be fixed and that parts needed to be ordered. The technician estimated that the cost would be around $560.00, which included the ice maker. ******* advised that parts and labor for the ice maker are completely covered, and the technicians order was updated stating same when the technician was first out at our house. The technician was back out to complete the repairs on Monday, March 18th. The technician arrived at our house around 3:10 p.m. and was done with the repairs before 4:00 p.m. It took the technician less than an hour to complete the repairs.I received the invoice, which I am attaching to this email for your reference. As you will see from the invoice, we were charged $257.76 for the 3 parts and $326.70 for labor. According to the person at your company that I spoke with yesterday, the labor is not done on an hourly basis but for the work that was completed. So here is my question to you, how can you be sure that the $326.70 for labor that we are being charged was not for anything that had to do with the ice maker if you are not able to provide a breakdown of the labor charges?Have sent emails to the company but have received no response. When I spoke to someone at the company it was pretty much "nothing I can do".

When called in, I was excited to hear about what they were telling me... In reality they just charged service visit fees for telling me that my refrigerator repair cost more than the purchasing price of the equivalent new unit. They knew that that fact from the minute I called them but promised the reasonable repair cost, 10% senior discount on even site visit charge, warranty parts but all that did not happened 5 min later from tech step in to my house and applied power to the fridge! That is right, 5 min is all that took to conclude the repair cost will be $1,400.00, where $139.00 site visit was already paid upfront. People, DO NOT call this scam business, I cannot even call that fraudulent company a REPAIR service, it is Money collection business! And that is what ** authorized recommended service center?

Thank you for reaching out regarding your concerns about the service appointment you had on February 29th. Upon review, it appears that your refrigerator requires a sealed system repair. We want to clarify that during the initial setup of repair appointments, we inform all customers that a technician needs to visit the home for diagnosis as this cannot be done over the phone.A "no cool" issue can stem from various failed parts within the unit, including the compressor, which is the primary cooling component. Due to the complexity of this repair and the need for a certified sealed system technician, diagnosis must be conducted on-site. We understand there might be confusion about warranty coverage beyond the initial one-year period provided by the manufacturer, as each unit's warranty varies depending on the brand.************** initially quoted you for the full repair. However, upon further inspection, we found that the compressor is covered under the manufacturer's warranty, but only the compressor itself, excluding other necessary parts and labor. A revised estimate with accurate pricing has been sent by our Customer ********************** Representative (CSR).Please rest assured that we are a certified company authorized by your manufacturer to bill them for the covered parts of your refrigerator. If you wish to proceed with the repair, kindly contact our CSR department to reschedule. As a gesture of goodwill, we would like to offer you a 15% discount on completing this repair. Our aim is to provide exceptional customer ********************** and ensure your appliance is restored to full functionality and even better than before.

I do not recommend this company - stay clear. I could write a short book on this, but I'll keep this short and concise. I hired Unique Repair to fix my washing machine that's been having issues. Currently, I'm over $750 is parts and labor and the machine still was never fixed (it's been 4 months now). Customer ********************** is absolutely horrible. Communication is non-existent. There was no troubleshooting whatsoever. Tech assumed it was one of the two circuit boards. First one replaced and didn't fix. Second board replaced and didn't fix. So now I have two brand new circuit boards that didn't need to be replaced. How wonderful. No refunds and oblivious to why I may be angry at this point. They suggested that I should call the manufacturer and see what they can do for me. The last I heard, the repair person was going to call me back after checking with the manufacturer - that was 3 weeks ago. Unreal and unacceptable. Frustrated, I called another company. Here's the crazy part - not only did they actually troubleshoot and read the service guide, but fixed within a week for...$235.00 (bad solenoid), My machine works as if new at this point. So I basically wasted $750+ in working with Unique Repair. Stay clear unless you have money to donate to them!

******* sent this company to troubleshoot my new dryer. *** said I needed a 240 volt. I do have a 240 volt. He was confused apparently by the fact I had a 3 prong instead of a 4 prong. Apparently he's never been in an older home. He was so wrong. These guys don't know too much. Don't use them if you can. I know ******* contracts with them.

We went to your home to diagnose a ******* dryer - no heating. Upon arrival, ************** followed the proper steps and used a multimeter to check the outlet. After that, he even contacted ******* tech support to verify his findings; tech support verified, documented, and confirmed that the outlet did not have 240 volts. The multimeter reading was recorded, showing - "l1 4v l2 120v." We understand your frustration, but we stand behind **************. But since you seem very certain about the outlet, we safely assume that you have used a licensed electrician to inspect it; can you please share the detailed invoice with the reading of what the electrician found? Please include electrical company information for verification purposes. Customer ********************** is our top priority, and in the unlikely event a mistake is made, we would like to rectify it immediately. Thank You.
