            Sold me a car said he gave me wrong one I signed for a 2010 and he snuck 2013 papers behind it and told me he gave me wrong car. Hee. Had sold the car twice then tried to give me junk to replace it. I want a car from the lot of loss of wages everyday I don't make it to work.

            To Whom it may concern, My name is ***** ********* with Southside auto credit in Effingham Il, I am trying to respond to a customer complaint filed on 03/01/2023  # ********,  Please ask the customer to show you the paper work SHE Signed on 03/01/2023 the day she received the car, I am certain that will show you that she signed for a 2013 ford edge not a 2010, She not only signed paper for a bill of sale for a 2013, a retail installment contract for a 2013, a state of il dept of revenue tax form ( st556 ) for a 2013, she sign a il dept Sec Of State application for title and licence for a 2013,  she was as well refunded all her money,  Let me know if you have more questions
