    This company charged my bank card after I canceled my my original order back in October of 2024. I placed the order and then cancel the order within the same hour. I was assured it was canceled but this month I received a blade replacement (for a item I do not use or have) and I charge of $23.99. I tried to return it but the account will not allow me to do so. I'm still trying to return this item and get my money back.i will never order from or suggest this company to anyone. They have no customer service help, just an email on the site.

    They get you to join the "Groomie Club" when you order. This is supposed to be a blade refill program, but they will charge you and never send the blades. When you inquire, you get an AI response and claim that the carrier said it was delivered, but can't provide you a tracking number. STAY AWAY AND SAVE YOUR MONEY!

    While I was a fan of the actual ****** at first the subscription for replacement blades is a scam. They bill you for the replacement blades but then leave you in limbo. When you inquire about the order. They say it was delivered and give a tracking number of a single digit 1. There is no way to track the package or even contact the carrier since there isnt a valid tracking number. Please help spread the word about this fraudulent company so others dont become victims.

    Don’t waste your money! Bought the head shaver for my husband and they automatically took money out of our account for the blade refill on 10/1/24, which was fine at first cause it was a “subscription” BUT it never shipped. Just kept saying order confirmed. I messaged customer support after 2 weeks and they have been zero help. Said it says it shipped but can’t provide me a tracking number and that’s been almost 2 weeks ago, for sure shouldn’t take that long. They refuse to give me a refund for head shaver or blade that I never received. We have a friend that bought this shaver the same time we did and the exact same thing is happening to him! Horrible horrible customer service!

    Ordered the baldie razor. Wouldn't work for me. I cancelled the membership right away and several times, but they keep sending me a monthly blade refill and charge my credit card for $25 plus change each month. THEY RUFUSE TO CANCEL!!! It has been about 6 months and $127 so far for 5 razor heads that I cancelled and they wont take these back blades back that I had already cancelled over and over and they are still in the mailed envelope and they keep sending and taking even when told to stop. I want this stopped 5 months ago and asked it to be and want my money refunded for these blades that I didn't order. there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER either. I am 91 years old and they are stealing my money. CAN'T GET THEM TO STOP!!! STAY AWAY FROM GROOMIE CLUB, THEY ARE A SCAM. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Groomie took my money, didn't deliver my package. They only have AI or fake customer service. Won't refund me. Stay far away from groomie. They will rip you off. Co founder ***** is running a poor business.

    DO NOT BUY!! OBVIOUS SCAM! I ordered this ****** on JUNE 6TH with expedited shipping and to this day, JULY 10TH I have not received the ******! **************** ***** ! They told me I cannot get a refund because the ****** has shipped.! Well its been way too long , they are a SCAM! Ill go to my bank next and let them know about this SCAM and they will give me my refund !! MY ADVICE IS SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR TINE!!

    Bought the Groomie, head ****** product. First use, the machine worked fine, but the shavers razor heads(all 5) just stopped turning. Emailed the Groomie customer service, two weeks later they got back to me. They said. Fill out the return form on line at that time. When I tried to fill out the form it would not let me, because it already registered the ****** as returned. When I emailed the company about it they communicated, they'd have to escalate the return higher up. Two weeks later, after I'd sent emails, the company this time told me to video the product failing. I told them I didn't know how to video the head blades not turning, because you can't see them inside the ****** head when running, but you can still hear the ****** running. I also asked why they were not just letting me return the ****** under the warranty, since it was. It was also (when I first contacted them) still under a month; during which time they had said money back returns were ok. But they said now I could not. Look, as a 100% disabled and service retired veteran I don't have a lot of money. I mean, what I get each month is very finite; if you know what I mean. But, even though I know now that Groomie's product is no good, and that their plan and actions are meant to shine me on, and rip me off I just don't have the money legally speaking, or the energy, at this time of my life to put up a fight. I just hope this review allows others to avoid buying the Groomie head ****** scam product. To tell the truth, even before it malfunctioned, from the time I took it out of the box it felt and sounded like it was as poorly made as it actually turned out to be. So, do yourself a favor, if your going to buy a head shaving product, and DO NOT waste your time and hard earned money on the Groomie. Thanks for you kind time reading this. Hope I helped.

    I returned my husbands ****** on March 18, 2024 because it didnt come with the docking station. I requested a refund. This date was confirmed by the postal service that the package was received at the Groomies facility. I have communicated via email to customer service and provided them with the postal service tracking information and as of June 9, 2024 I still have not received my refund. Poor customer service.

    Sent two months worth of worthless broken razor replacements. ***** quit working after 3 months. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT.
