This bank is a joke. We been trying to get a vehicle loan for 3 weeks now after being approved. Every day they need something different. The final straw for withdrawal on continuing is when they want bank statement to verify address, instead of what was sent to them, AND a picture of myself holding my Social Security card!!! RED FLAGs!!

The credit union decided that it needed to suddenly update its online banking service. A service that was working fine for many years.There was NO warning, NO advance notice that this "upgrade" was planned, happening, or underway. We tried to access our accounts and were presented a disjointed series of incomprehensible messages about the site being down, parts of it being unavailable, an app that *** or *** not be updated and many more such poorly articulated messages.The upgrade was supposed to take ONE WEEK. What upgrade takes that long? It's now been more than one week, and the upgrade is STILL NOT COMPLETE with no ETA when it will be done.I have NEVER seen such a botched and mangled upgrade. Of Anything, Ever.No one is available to answer the credit union's phone; the "chat with us" feature is a bot that references outdated and incorrect information (ironically to the old site that worked perfectly), and the email us link does not work.There is NO access to any bill pay service or Zelle -- so we can't pay our bills or see the status of what we've previously authorized. An unmitigated disaster.The is a textbook example of a fail. It does not get worse than this, Whoever runs this credit union should be fired and the board of directors should be replaced for approving such an unneeded and mangled upgrade. I have been a member of this credit union for more than 40 years -- but as soon as someone will answer the phone, I am closing my accounts.DO NOT use this credit union -- as you will see, there are nothing but one-star reviews, so it's not just me,This credit union should be shut down -- we will be filing formal complaints with the BBB, with the local attorney general's office, the Bureau of Financial Institutions, and the National Credit Union Administration.We will also be fling complaints with JD *********************** don't walk, away from Corporate America Family Credit Union.

Worst company to apply for refinance. Risk management team rejects your application on false reasons.

We have a loan through Corporate America Family Credit Union and it's the worst experience we've ever had. Repeatedly forgot to send statements to us. Customer Service isn't great. Inexperienced manager changed our due dates which resulted in a late fee. Spent an entire day on the phone/hold to find out why we received a late fee. We did not miss a payment, but wasted an entire day trying to get it figured out. When I was on the phone with customer service, they attempted to contact the Elgin branch but no one answered. Was told the Elgin branch would call me, but they did not. We've had multiple loans at other banking locations and have never had such a problem. We will never bank with them again and I would highly recommend you run away from this credit union.

I dont even want to give them a star. Denied my husband for a loan for something that was on my credit report and I wasnt even applying as a joint. Worst credit Union!

This Credit Union exercises unfair lending practices. I was never told I could include my child support as income for basis of repayment. They are rude to African Americans and women over age 40. Their staff hangs up on people and they pick and choose who they decide to lend to. Management is a joke!

0 stars, the crystal **** branch is wonderful. The corporate office themselves, specifically *******, worst experiences. Rude on the phone, does not listen, interrupting and very condescending. I have never had so many awful experiences over the phone, multiple times, with one person in my life. Actively searching for a new bank, strictly because of her.
