    Ordered bumper w/ CAPA certification and received bumper that did not match paint color as guaranteed. Emailed customer service on 11/18/2024 and have yet to receive a reply. Also called office on 11/25/2024 and was told to expect response soon. Have yet to receive any response to my email or calls.

    Placed an order for some painted parts, and a radiator support. Waited about a month received painted parts in ok condition, but no radiator support. Called about paint issues and no radiator support and was told support was canceled the day of painted parts shipping and an email was sent. Never received an email. Sent pictures of paint issues via email to ********************************** Got a reply stating scratches wont be an issue the will be covered up with a hood pad and nothing else. Scratches will not be covered and have gotten no replies back for any further help. Did everything as they requested and nothing. Other parts had little to no paint coverage where needed. They did refund the radiator support only and no shipping cost to it. If we could talk I would be willing for a billing adjustments to help with my extra costs of repairing parts, but now I have had other parts waiting to be installed due to this company and its failures.

    purchased an item on 5/24 and was informed via email that it would ***********-12 days to paint. It has now been an entire month, and the vendor has not completed the work. They do not respond to emails, and when you call, you are immediately placed on hold before you can speak. Their website has a contact form, but they do not respond to that either, nor do they respond on ********* This is unacceptable, and I believe this constitutes theft. I am requesting a full refund immediately. I have also filed a charge dispute with my bank.

    I ordered an item from this company on May 20, 2024. I was told shipping would take ***** business days. It is now June 21, 2024. I still have not received the item (price: $174.50). I have not been able to contact the company on the phone. They have not responded to my numerous emails either.

    On May 18 2024 I ordered a painted fender for 2010 cad SRX. Order #*******. Website says painting will take up to 12 business days to complete. Credit card was run on May 21 2024 for 438.39$. I cant get any response when or if the part will be done or shipped. Phone apparently doesnt work and emails get no response. I just cancelled my order and asked for a refund to my credit card, but dont expect a response from painted auto parts.com. Im surprised they are still in business.

    Ordered a tailgate from them. Recieved it damaged, and over the course of 1 5 momths was told theyd exchange it. When the replacement never came they claimed it was out of stock and offered a refund. The issued a pickup through R&L carriers who cane and picked up the item. I was issued a credit, but they are telling R&L to bill me directly for the shipping charge despite the product being damaged. After a call to them, the manager had me CC him and R&L *** said they would take care of it. They have yet to respond at all and I once again am recieving another bill from the carrier.

    2 months ago ordered a fender. It came in was the wrong part, wrong year does not fit. I inquired to company about sending a new one and I could return the one I have to no avail no return response. Their phone number goes to an ox that is full. No return call no return email I have not heard from them in a week.

    I received my parts (painted hood and fender) and after finding a small dent in the fender I submitted a claim to the company (shipping dropped off boxes with no chance to open and review parts to accept them). Not to mention that the color shade was bad - not just a little off but it was shades off. I installed it on my car while it was being settled because I had to get my car driving again. I got an initial reply asking for more photos of the full fender- I sent them within the same day. with it being installed on the car. After that I never heard back from them again for months. I sent several follow up emails, trying to call and even contacting ***** (who gives out her email for bad reviews). I emailed her after I was going to leave a review but saw her email in some replies and wanted to give them a chance to make it right. Now after almost a month of no reply from her (again beyond the initial reply of I'll look into it), nothing. I had even send a follow up email 2 weeks after and just now, but I'm not holding my breath for a reply. I finally left a review today and the reply was "****************. With All the respect Any damages or parts defects must be reported before parts are installed. You have installed the parts on your car and after you told us that the parts are damaged. Thank you" ... This is just plain incorrect because I sent them photos that night before I installed it of the fender on the packing material - not installed. This business should not be able to promote they have damage claims at all, the service has been horrible and downright lying.

    I ordered a painted fender from them on 11/30/2023 for $273.02.I received the fender damaged on 12/11/2023 and immediately submitted a claim on thier website The next day I tried to call and a voicemail said to send an email to thier claims department which I did After several emails and a few phone calls they agreed to send me a return label to send them the fender back and receive a refund. Since that email they have not sent a label and have not responded to me at all

    I purchased a sideview mirror on december 29, 2023. I submitted all of the requested data that the company asked for so they could paint the mirror to match my car. The mirror was shipped in a timely manner, but I received a mirror that was painted the wrong color. The color code I gave them was for Lexus gray and I ended up getting a bluish colored mirror. I reached out to the company multiple times to no avail. It's been almost 2 months since I first placed my order and almost a month since I began contacting them and I have yet to hear anything from them regarding a solution. I complied with all of their requests, but they will not respond back to me after I submitted photos and the order number per their instructions.
