New Edge Improvements is a great roofing contractor company. I highly recommend using them for roofing, windows, siding, gutters, etc. for commercial and residential projects.They are professional in what they do and have a great customer service, they were always available for me when needed. I highly recommend New Edge Improvement. They handled my insurance claim. Extensive hail damage on my house. Installed new roof, fascias, gutters, downspouts, all new windows trim and new garage door. I am very happy with their work and final results.All construction work went smooth from the beginning to the end. I highly recommend New Edge Improvement Co. for any insurance claim assistance. Our experience started with another company that clearly didnt know what they were doing they left us hanging and stopped answering our calls.Once **** and his team from New Edge Improvement took over, everything moved quickly and efficiently. They managed to successfully negotiate with our insurance and got us a new roof and gutters. The entire process was smooth, and the work was completed professionally. They also cleaned up after themselves so well that it looked like no work had been done and thats impressive considering it was a roof and gutter replacement!Were extremely satisfied with their service and recommend them to anyone needing help with insurance claims.Review from Mary J

I would highly recommend New Edge Improvement ** to all my family and friends . **** provided us with a quote and was with us every step of the way to answer questions and provide solutions . The communication throughout the project from start to finish was fantastic . The roofers were respectful of our property and cleaned up all the debris . My roof looks beautiful . **** has the best crew of painters . All workers arrived early and efficiently completed the job and clean up in record time . We chose New Edge Improvement because it was recommended to us by three different people we know.We installed OUR new roof and gutters few days ago. Extremely happy with final results.On the day of installations: crew arrived on time they worked efficiently respected our property ( thoroughly cleaned after, were careful around our plants)respected our neighbors work was done professionally supervisor was present on site as needed throughout duration of work to make sure all go smoothly I have to say few words about meeting and working with owner - *****************.Genuine, kind,professional,hardworking.We are new homeowners. This was our first roof. **** guided us through whole process. We have to give him a credit for helping us choose shingles that work perfectly for our home.He went extra mile to make sure we are happy( made sure little details were taken care of)I am sure it was lots more work done behind the curtains.He made it look easy.Review from Conrad G

We recently used **** and his team at ******** and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of roofing repair. **** was great in working with the logistics with our insurance. New Edge did our shingles, roof, gutters, and down spouts. They worked quickly and the work was flawless! We have small children who frequently play in our grass. After the work was completed, I was worried about my kids playing in the grass and stepping on something. They left nothing behind. Excellent! **** was so helpful in dealing with the insurance company. He met with the agents several times. The New Edge Improvement Company gave us a multitude of choices for shingles, siding, soffit, gutters, downspouts, and especially the awnings. The workers were efficient and clean. The work was scheduled and then completed. **** is a true professional and I recommend him.Review from Melissa M

Worst company I have dealt with the owner **** is unresponsive and is ignorant . I have asked him for my final insurance quote and the final recipes of the work he has done . Never responded just made me sign the insurance check !! I dont know have the quote from the insurance or how much he has charged for the work he did in my home . Its been 3 years of an ongoing problem .. Never will I use him or recommend him to anyone .Review from Paras S
