On October 18, 2024, I picked up a rental from Penske on *************************************************. Upon returning the vehicle and going home I realized I left my work bag in the cabin of the vehicle behind the driver seat. I have since then called about the bag being located and I'm being told that employees at the ********** where the penske vehicle was picked up does not thoroughly check the vehicle only limited portions of the cabin which is a lie because I reserved another penske vehicle and I watch the representative check the entire vehicle from front to back even under and behind the seats. The bag contains government property in which I'm trying to retrieve because if it is found being used by someone other than the government official they would face penalties. I'm sure that the bag has been found either by an employee or a customer and each customer that has rented the vehicle since that time should be notified.

I am rejecting this response because:

    Sincerely,

    *************************

Its not what you do its how you do it and your associate was very unprofessional but in your respond you skip over her actions with my driver its not about the rental or charges its  about the tolls which I sent checks in for when I receive the invoices . I dont know why I excepted more from this complaint very vague respond . I just except more you guys are a major company .. I guess I except customer service . My apologies for thinking more of you guys being more customer service oriented.
