    The date of transaction 12/31/2022 and I paid ****** for my care to be service due to my car sluggish acceleration. I explain to the mechanic on duty the problem my car was having. He took my car in the back and came back 5 minutes later stating I know exactly what is wrong with your car it is the valve cover. He charged me 400 dollars and told me if any issues come up please bring my car back to them. I went back to the car shop three says later and he took my car and said he fix it. I have been driving my car the last two months and the problem still persist. I had my valve cover fix at castle Chevrolet on January 2021. If the valve cover was fix in 2021 I do not believe I needed another valve cover less than 12 months. I took my car to ********* Performance Exhaust on 3/11/2023 for the same issue and they fix the wheel barring's and that corrected the issue.

    Good afternoon, My name is *******************************. I have a complaint with GTO Automotive and I was not able to respond to the resolved complaint. from GTO. I wanted to add the reason why I reject their offer is because they did not give a solution. They just mention a refund I received on 3/10/2023 and that has nothing to do with the complaint I filed. They fired the man who worked on my car the same day he worked on my  car due to stealing money from customers.The shop gave me money back for a thermostat on 3-10-2023 and charge my card instead of giving me a refund and then finally gave me a refund. I want a refund for 12/31/2022 because that mechanic that was fired did not fix my car. These are two separate times they service my car. I attached the receipts for 12/31/2023 not 3/10/2023.  I have given too much money to GTO and I would like my money back. I had to miss work due to my car not being fix and when I went to another car repair shop my car was finally fixed and diagnosed properly. Can you add this information to the response on the rejected offer. Thank you
