They did wonderful. Kaylin, ******** and ******* came and worked diligently. They did their best effort to make sure everything was done nicely and professionally. They made sure everything was left very neatly and did not inconvenience in any way at all.

*** provided prompt service following the discovery and repair of a leaking pipe in my store room on a Sunday. Their representative did a thorough assessment of the damage and provided me with recommendations. *** did an excellent job handing the mitigation of my moms house when a pipe burst in her bathroom. They handled this situation with empathy and expediency. I used CWF after my plumber recommended them to clean my house after a pipe broke in bathroom inside of a wall. Everyone from ***** who came out to provide the estimate to ***************** my awesome service techs who made everything spotless and removed all the debris inside the walls that had been damaged. They walked me thru the entire process and made this so painless for me. I highly recommend them if you have a flood and need everything cleaned. These guys are AWESOME!! We had bathroom sewage flood our home 3 weeks after we moved in. The plumber referred CWF to us and in a couple hours they removed and cleaned up the stinky mess and contaminated wallboard, wood flooring, tiles, ceiling, and unsalvageable items. They put in air purifiers fans and dehumidifier. In two days came back to test the status and follow thru even on a Sunday!! They have been nothing but considerate thorough efficient and compassionate. Every single person who walked thru our door was here to help us and didn't want us to be inconvenienced. Very very good experience!! From initial contact Project manager ***** L thru the guys cleaning up. What 5 star service! My team of ***** ****** and ******* provided impeccable service when we found out that we had a leak in our wall. **** was the primary person that I spoke with - it was for our rental unit and we live out of state. **** sent me tons of pictures of the damage, took all the time in the world to explain to me what was happening and how he was remedying. They ended up having to come back a second time after our plumber found more damage. They were absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend!Chicago Water & Fire Restoration Response

This company was wonderful!! From the minute the man walked in to quote the mold damage (due to a broken hot water tank leaking for 2 weeks leaving massive amounts of mold in my basement) until the clean up crew left me with a "mold-free" basement. The mold was so horrific that it took 2 crews (4 men each) on a Saturday and Sunday to clean my entire basement including removing all paneling, the ceiling, the bathroom vanity and sink and 24 boxes taken to my garage to sort through and transfer to water tight containers! They took only about a ********************************************** the morning until about 6:30pm and were non-stop in cleaning my basement, spraying the mold (which was EVERYWHERE!)!! They hauled away damaged items and all garbage and were totally friendly, kind, caring and helpful in every way possible. This entire event was heart wrenching for me however having these 8 good men to "put everything back together" in such a competent manner was God-Sent. They were great.....and the company to use in any disaster.....mold, water, fire damage etc. I will be getting a quote for the restoration from them soon!! ******Chicago Water & Fire Restoration Response
