  This is an on going issue which still awaits to be addressed by the company since the installation of the new doors and windows.This small seal(see picture )or door frame seal in the sliding door frame construction is either faulty or door lacks proper factory standards and/or is defective.Over a year ago , one of their tech came by to unrelated issue and put temporary caulking to seal the leak. I was assured by owner that this will be properly addressed. So far ,all I got is promises or avoidance from the company to resolve the problem.All I want is to have someone to come and fix it since my wooden floors are getting soaked each time it rains. I was promised many times for as long as I remember that someone will come and do it.Years are passing by and my floors soon will be completely destroyed and in need of replacement.I was informed by manufacturer of Oknoplast doors and windows that **************************** effect. Its been not even 5 years since I purchased Oknoplast door and windows from the craftwoods products.Thank you Sincerely,*********************************

  I have ordered and purchased Oknoplast windows, french door and sliding door for my newly buit single family residence thru Craftwoods products in summer of 2019. Since the instalation/delivery, from day one sliding door in upstairs master bedroom started leaking water inside damaging wooden floors. Also French door on first floor were doing the same. As you can see,on the pictures, on the suposed to be rubber piece of seal (not original according to Oknoplast tech from Poland) between both sliding door connected piece ,silicone was used to stop the leak?! Tech from Poland OKNOPLAST confirmed that wrong seal between was installed and inproper instalation. I have complained about it so many times for someone to fix it again but with no avail. My wooden floors each time it rains are getting soak and wet and wood started to rotten. Also, as you see many of the windows throughout the house are defective and needs to be replaced As shown on the pictures there are numerous defects from cloudy windows(air is between ********) which not supposed to happen and numerous watter penetration spots inside the ******** .This is caused by defective material/production. No one seems to respond to my constant calls and emails regarding these issues. I have 5 year warrant according to the company policy and was informed about it upon purchase. I need my windows serviced/replaced. Leaks /seal replaced with proper instalation(not silicone all of it like they did last time) . This windows when prorperly insulatated from water should not be siliconed to prevent that. This was done by craftwood products personel (techs) just to patch things up.... I need compensation for my master bedroom wooden floor damaged by water in an amount of **** USC.Customer service is terrible and the owner ***** is not responsive.No one seems to take into account the warranty at all.

  The aforementioned company in the complaint after being contacted by BBB contacted me right after they received an email from BBB. 

  I was told that the issue will be resolved as soon as possible and I was told to by owner of the company to remove the complaint. I explained to him(*****) that I need this issue to be taking care of within ************************************************************************************************* this matter.

  I would like to reopen this case and be re filed against this company.
