            The complaint is I had a new roof installed by Hansons Roofing in ******, **** and everything was great until heavy winds in 12/21 caused my shingles on the front of my house lifted and stuck up in the air. The Hansons in ****** was contacted and employees came out to inspect my roof shingles, new shingles ordered and installed completed in 4/22. ALL PARTS/SHINGLES AND LABOR WERE COVERED WITH A LIFETIME WARRANTY. Now on 3/27/23 the wind was heavy again and the shingles in the front of the house and 2 sections on the garage roof have done the same thing, the shingles have lifted up and pulled off the wood roof. I HAVE CONTACTED HANSONS ROOFING AND HAVE BEEN DENIED ANY SERVICE OR WARRANY BECAUSE ITS AN ACT OF GOD, SO THIS IS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY. The customer service representative called me after seeing the pictures and told me NOT COVERED BECAUSE OF ACT OF GOD AND TURN IT INTO MY HOME INSURANCE COMPANY, SHE DID OFFER A SERVICE INSPECTION FROM hANSONS WILL COST $99.00.

            We paid Hanson roofing over $12,000 to repair our tile roof on our bungalow. From day 1 there were leaks an and multiple crews were sent out multiple times. The repair was done improperly and the leaking has gotten so bad that it is destroying my house.
