Well I went into the shop after work October 10th of last month to have my tires balanced on the left and right front. The technician proceeded to work on the right side of the car first and managed to get two of the lugs on my 2000 ************* kompressor loosend. The tech worked on a third lug which gave him a challenge, so he went to go a leverage long bar witch is used, I was told to make it easier to loosen the lug. After some time of him and his ********** trying to loosen it I told them to stop, but who I thought was the manager / boss handed the tech some PBlaster spray and I said forget it, the next thing I know is my lug on the car was broken inside the wheel. I asked who I can talk to an all of a sudden no one spoke English. The guy who had been coming out acking to me as if he was in control started being very rude to me and wanted me to pay for the part his co worker broke, basically he wanted me to for for what was broke. When I asked to speak to the owner he said he didn't know the owner and that there was nothing he can do for me to fix the problem. If I were to get on a flat today I would be out of a car because the lug is broken inside the rim an the is no way for me to get it off. I went back to the business a few times to see if I can catch the owner there , and I did, he wanted me to pay him to fix my car because he said that he had to order parts and I told him no his employee broke it should be on the business to pay for it to get fixed he so no. I went to a few places to have it looked at and its anywhere from $800 / $1200 to get fixed the rim and the whole right side brake system will be affected it has to be replaced. What shall I do about this I need my car to get back an forth to work two jobs and I can't afford a new car. I work to full time jobs and this situation has me stressed, I don't want them working on my car in fear of retaliation.
