    I had my phone repaired. Went to pick it up and I had to take it back. The screen had gotten broken again. I had them to put a screen on the phone and the screen seem to be broke. I tried to take it back and the vendor wouldn&#**;t take it back. The screen was crack and they fixed it the first time. I believe I have paid twice for the phone to be repair. I had purchase a warranty for the phone. I don&#**;t understand why I had to pay for it a second time. When I took the phone home it broke on the third time. I would like $228.89 that was given to them on May 20.

    I took my iPad in to have the screen replaced as it had been cracked in the upper righthand corner. I later received a phone message stating that it was ready for pick-up and that they broke the biometric home button during the screen repair and replaced it for me at no extra cost but that the biometric function would no longer work because it was not from Apple. I called and they originally tried to say it was because of the cracks until I told them the crack was nowhere near the home button. They said that the home button could not be repaired by Apple either. Then they said that it can sometimes happen and that they didnt charge me because I was not forewarned and offered me 10% off or to give a full refund but they would remove the screen and the home buttonleaving me worse off than I was when I brought it in since the screen AND home button worked when I brought it in for repair. I suggested they refund me for the labor, since that is essentially what broke the home button, and I would still be paying for the screen. They refused and said they would go up to 25% off. I did not ask them to eat the cost of the screen. In fact, I protected their mark-up, only asking for a refund of the labor, which is where the damage took place. They are responsible for their employees abilities, or lack thereof, to perform the work. They should refund the labor charges of $70.00.

    I took my phone to the business and they stated that it was LCD and something else was wrong with the phone, and that they would have to send the phone off to be repaired because they couldn&#**;t fix it. They needed to ******. They stated that it would take two weeks and this was on 12/16/2022. When I gave them the phone on the first day it would be ***** dollars if I did not want them to fix the phone that they would keep ***** dollars for diagnostic, and return ***** dollars back to me. So last Friday, I call the store and no answered, and then I went to the store in person and I was informed that the phone was not back, and the phone was on its way, and that they would give me a update. I returned today, and I was informed that they did not know when the phone would be back and I asked why they did keep in contact with whomever is working is working on my phone. They contacted the place in ************ and they stated that they just started working on my phone today. My phone was suppose to be done by last Friday. I asked them when I would get my phone?, and I was never given a straight answer. They have had my phone for repair going on three weeks. If this business does not return my phone in a week I would like my money back.
