They have kids working the front and does not respect others .. I have stop my membership and have can in person and I was treated like c*** in front of other coworkers and customers.. I was told my Acuras canceled but yet they charged me 2 more times and when I called to complain about it .. I was not satisfied with the customer service in ******************************************* il !! I had to get another card due to the lies this company has told me !! I dont recommend anyone putting theyre money in this company as a gym membership.. This Fairview heights location is horrible & I still havent got my refund back at all !! Fairview heights is a horrible gym !!

Customer canceled membership on 8/11/23 and the cancel form states last bill date was 8/17. Dues are sent out electronically on 8/10 as stated in the member agreement so there would be no way to stop the charge from occurring. The member was aware he could use the gym unit 9/16/23. On 8/17 he was charged dues as per the contract and what was stated on the cancel receipt. On 8/18 he requested we refund his 8/17 dues and we did that immediately AS A COURTESY. That refund takes about 7 business days and probably has been completed. It is untrue he was charged 2X after he canceled. He is referring to a charge on 8/1 which was 10 days after he canceled. Not sure how else we could have handled this. Most companies would not have even given a refund at all.Review from Samantha O

Very rude employees teach your staff how to not be ****** and smart talk people who are just minding there business
