    Date Ordered: 8/26/24 and received 9/6/24. It is specified that they are orthopedic shoes, yet I find no support in them. They are flimsy, too big and hurt my great toe because the shoe bends on top /in middle of the toe.I did order size 9, which I wear with all other shoe brands.

    Product was advertised on ******** as "clip on bangs" (hairpiece) that they claimed contained real human hair. the price was advertised for $14 and change. By the time I paid shipping costs they took $23.85 out of my account. The hair look like hair you would find on a baby doll that you would buy for your grand daughter, not natural in any way, shape or form. The company that Charged to my Discover card on 4/20/24 was SP ETERNAL with the phone #************. I've called the number for 3 days and it goes directly to a voice box. I have left numerous voicemails that the quality of the product I received was less than poor and I want I refund. I received no return phone calls. I looked at the return address on the package and it was shipped from Longo Customs Service. I've called ************ and I get "please leave you message for ********************* "beep"". I've left my name and number and let them know that I receive a very poor quality merchandise that I need to return and I would like a refund. I left my name and phone number. I have done this 3 or 4 times with no return call.

    I ordered a pair of slacks in size Large, Short. I received an XXsmall. I have purchased these slacks before, and I'm happy with them. I want to exchange these for a size L, Short. I have read several reviews of customers receiving the wrong size. I would like this taken care of as soon as possible.

    I placed an order on their website. After weeks of waiting, it finally arrived. Quality of products is poor, at best, far inferior than I could have ever imagined. I tried replying to their email confirming my order, it bounced back. I tried emailing them directly, it bounced back too. I tried going to their website, it doesn't work. I tried calling their number, it goes straight to VM, no return call.

    On 12/6/23 I purchased a weighted blanket for $58.00 for my daughters Christmas gift. It never came. Today 1/4/2024 I received a poorly crocheted piece. It is too small to call a blanket. On 12/6 the company emailed me saying they would try to get the blanket out by Christmas. I want my money back. I now cant get in touch with them. I ordered under the name Instreame. There is no return address on the package they sent.

    I would like to return 2 pair of shoes I ordered on 11/7/2023, they were Canles shoes. I went onto there website and filled out a report to return shoes and have not heard anything from the company. They were shipped from ***********************************************************. *****.
