Someone wasnt watching what they were doing and completely broke my back up camera. Its simple to watch what youre doing and not destroy other peoples belongings. I had to stop what I was doing on my work break to file a report. Staff needs to be careful with peoples property and not destroy peoples things. Well see if management does anything. I have to wait 1-2 days apparently. Be careful through this car wash if you dont want your things blatantly destroyed. Never coming again and never letting anyone wash my car.I got a call from a manager named ****** whom said he would pay for the damage as it was a Papos employees fault. I sent him a receipt of the cost of the camera which usually comes in bundles and he refused to honor it because they were only responsible for the back up camera. How am I supposed to show someone a bill for something that was bought in a bundle? The pay out for the camera is less than $42.00. I wasnt exactly planning on going to the car wash and have my property destroyed by a careless employee. Im not one to go back and forth with people so I let him know that I will go ahead and cover the costs to fix the camera myself and just let my friends and family know about this incident that way they dont have their property destroyed by a careless employee. I will stay the heck away from Papos and wash my car myself. ****** learned folks, do not trust ANYONE with your property. Take the time and elbow grease and wash your cars yourselves to avoid a moronic employee destroying something you worked so hard to install. Im not the first ****** whom has had property destroyed here, there are several reviews of Papos destroying customer property and the managers not taking proper responsibility. If they cant afford to replace a $41.00 camera they destroyed their business must be doing real bad. Luckily it was only a camera, not a windshield or a mirror like theyve destroyed in the past.
