I had a technical issue with a new purchase and received a quick response on what to try. After I made the problem worse, Motion RC was able to provide me with a warranty replacement part which I have received and installed. Product works great now! Top-class merchant. Product selection and information are outstanding, prices clear and competitive. Shipping is likewise commendable, especially compared to most vendors in this market. I purchased a Nexa balsa model from Motion RC and it needed a bunch of items due to various reasons. Motion RC was there to support me and went above and beyond to help me solve my issues with the product. They are also very willing to listen and learn from the problems that come up with the models.
