My parents paid cash to florist $3,400 on 4/24/23 for what we were promised by the florist we hired for my wedding day. The flowers we to be delivered at noon on 6/3/23 as we agreed upon. 48 hours prior to my wedding, the florist told me she had a "busy day Saturday" and wanted to drop the flowers off a full 24 hours ahead of time. I refused to allow the early delivery to avoid dead flowers. When the flowers were delivered at noon, we were told the florist went on vacation up to ********* by the gentleman delivering them. Upon delivery, I noticed the bridesmaids' bouquets were incorrect, my bridal bouquet was incorrect, the centerpieces were about half the size as we agreed upon and filled with flowers I hate, in addition to being mostly made of greens with exposed vases. The centerpiece for our table was dead/wilted and also constructed from flowers I don't like. Missing from the delivery were the two corsages to be worn by my mother and my mother in law. I immediately burst into tears and attempted to reach the florist without avail. My sister was able to get in touch with her only because the delivery man gave us her cell phone number as the florist shop did not answer the 30 phone calls made. When she reached the florist via cell phone, the florist agreed to come down from ********* to attempt to add more blooms to the centerpieces. When she arrived she put the flowers on the table and stood there while my bridesmaids fixed their own bouquets as well as the centerpieces, removing all of the lillies and dead blooms. I was furious to say the least. I had a full blown panic attack and was anxious for the remainder of the day and still cannot look at photos of my wedding without crying. When my mom reached out numerous times via phone she was ignored, as well as by email. Please find my supporting documents that go into greater detail and show the contracts. Image 2251/3608 show the dead florals. Image 2249/3604 show the incorrect flowers delivered.
