    We returned dinner plates (cost over $800) to be replaced as they were warped and then also put a down payment down on more plates and the business is now closed and wont return calls.

    I was married on 9/24/2022 and had created a registry with Char Crews the fall/winter prior. Everything on my wedding registry was purchased, although we only ended up receiving a fraction of the gifts. We still have several items through Waterford and ***** that were paid for by guests but were never received or refunded by Char Crews. I called Char Crews when it had been more than a year since our wedding and we still had not received them, and they said they would call back but never did. Now their phone mailbox is full and their website has been taken down. Per several online reviews, this has happened to many other people as well. I don't know whether I should reach out to the vendors directly about the orders or try and get Char Crews to complete the orders. Items that were never received: -Waterford Lismore Essence Balloon Wine, set of 2, $210.00 (4 sets purchased)-Waterford *************************************, set of 4, $80.00 (1 purchased)-Waterford Marquis ******* set of 4, $80.00 (1 purchased)-Waterford vase (exact model unknown), approximately $100.00-$120.00 -******************************* 5 pc.     A bridal registry was set up for my daughter whose wedding was May 13 2023 in which gifts were purchased but never received. The store has no merchandise in it and no phone contact to customers.

    I registered for ************* at Char Crews ***** a renowned *****, ******** and Bridal Registry gift shop based out of ********, **, in anticipation of my wedding on May 13, 2023. Regrettably, of the 56 items that were purchased by my friends and family (with a total value of $6,120), I have received only 14 items. It's essential to understand the nature of a wedding registry: my guests made purchases over a span of four to five months, leading up to and shortly after my wedding. This scattered timeline of purchases didn't immediately raise any red flags when items weren't delivered right away. In fact, Char Crews even sent us personalized notes in the mail whenever gifts were purchased, detailing the purchaser's name, the items, and the directive to allow 6-8 weeks for delivery. This made it extremely challenging to recognize the pattern of non-delivery in real-time. The prolonged delivery period, coupled with the possibility of items being on backorder or out of stock, further muddled our understanding and made it almost impossible to discern that we were being deceived. I possess physical copies of my contract with ********* and a printout from their now-defunct website which chronicles all the details of the purchased items, including SKU number, purchase order number, item name and description, quantity, cost per item, name of the purchaser, date purchased, etc (which I am happy to provide to further prove my case).Our multiple efforts to contact Char Crews have been fruitless, and to make matters worse, their official website was recently taken down, raising further concerns. Based on recent ****** reviews, it appears I am not the only victim. As a result of these events that have transpired, I've had to contact my friends and family to advise them to dispute their credit card charges but the misleading 6-8 week delivery window has pushed many outside the standard 60-day dispute period, making refunds challenging and for most unattainable. This feels grossly unfair and unjust as the suggested delivery time itself extended beyond this dispute period.

    We registered with char crews for our wedding which was March 25th, 2023. Most of the items on the registry were purchased before the wedding date (total value approx $7,000), but as of 6 months later only one item has been delivered. We have called Char Crews four times in the last 2 months and were promised call backs with info on the delay, but they never came. We also sent an email and left a voicemail neither of which were returned. We would like to receive the items our wedding guests paid for in a timely manner or have the money refunded.

    On 1/17/23 we registered for *****, ****************** for my daughter ****************************************** wedding at Char Crews. They offer a deal called a "Bride Box" where you pay 20% up front & they will then apply a 20% discount on everything you are registered for however, you are obligated to purchase anything that has not been bought by the wedding. If everything is purchased you get your deposit back. On 1/17/23 I paid a deposit of $1,191.00 & on 2/2 I paid $274.18 (total $1465.18). The wedding was on 8/19/23. **************** purchased all of the ***************** and some of the ******** We received the flatware from Char Crews but none of the ***** or ******* that was purchased. I should be receiving a portion of my deposit back less the cost of the remaining ******* that was not purchased by wedding guests. Total deposit $1,465.18 - cost of remaining ******* $704.16 = $761.02 deposit to be refunded to me. Our wedding guests have spent $2,538.40 purchasing all of the ***** & some of the ******* yet none of it has been delivered. I have been calling & visiting the store for 5 weeks and no one has returned my call. They promised they would have ******* Crews (owner) call me & no one has followed up. The week of 9/4 their voice mail said the store was closed for inventory & would reopen on 9/11. On 9/11 the voice mail said the store was closed for inventory & would now reopen on 9/18. I called ******* the mfgr of the ***** and they confirmed the ***** has been ready for delivery since *********** have sent numerous emails to Char Crews with no reply. They told them they will be cancelling the order if they don't receive payment. We need delivery of the *************** that was paid for by our wedding ********** am due a partial refund ($761.02) of my up front deposit OR all my deposit plus what the wedding guests purchased should be refunded if they can't deliver the *****/******* ordered ($1465.18 + $2538.40). We can't resolve since they won't respond

    I placed an online order on 12/31/21 for two silver ornaments at a cost of ******. My bank account cleared the charge on 1-3-22. To date, I have not received the ornaments. I have called several times and received a call back from the owner in November stating that the ornaments would be sent out within two weeks.These were to be Christmas gifts and it has been almost one year since the initial order. Most recently my phone calls have not been returned.
