Purchased Casabella Flooring in January 2022. Floor is now cracking, separating, and peeling. I have reached out to company via their website with no response. Additionally, they have no phone number to reach out for service. If this is a manufacturing problem, I need to company to work on this, not the seller of the product. My attempts to get this resolved are going unanswered.

You have emailed this complaint to the wrong company. We are not Casabella Flooring. We are BradshawHome.

I went through ****** to get flooring, and carpet installed in my home. The flooring was supposed to be installed August 8th. They came that day and told us they couldnt install the carpet due to bugs and dead rodent on the rug which was a total lie, and defamation to my character. I told them cancel the order i would like a refund. I still have not heard from Total flooring or received a refund from them as of today August 19th which is 11 days without correspondense from the store. I have called ***** at the store several times. He states he will call me back which he never does. I would like my refund immediately since the work was never completed.

I am rejecting this response because:

I wrote out the check for $10,450.00 to Total flooring not ******* Total Flooring is on the hook for the money not ******* Total flooring cashed the check that I wrote to them, because that's who their salesman ***************************** told me to write it to. They can come and get their crappy flooring and hand me my refund check.

    Sincerely,

    Complaint: 22166940

I am rejecting this response because: i sent a response to ********************* the president of Total flooring on August 25th at 10:02 p.m.who stated that they would only give me a refund of $6,650 out of the total of $10,450.00 essentially taking $3,800 stating that it was part of the ****** contract. He did this because i refused the $9000 offer that *********************** offered me due to them cancelling the project not me. I also had DCFS show up at my house a few weeks later. Nothing came of it, because i already had another company replace the carpet.

I responded to ********************* August 25th at 10:02 p.m. with intention to sue RSTS the parent compant of Total Flooring. I still haven't received a response. I need the owner of the stores name so i can file the lawsuit and get the people served their court summons. I can send a copy of both emails to BBB indicating so. ******'s contract was null and void once i wrote the check to Total Flooring. I need the owner of the Total Flooring's name so i can file my lawsuit. Im also filing a report with the Illinois Attorney General for fraud since it's been a month, and i haven't received my refund.

    Sincerely,

    ***********************
