On or about May 14th thru May ******* I purchased a lower partial denture from Aspen Dental. They told me my insurance would not cover the cost because the other was lost. They charged me$2,234.20 for a replacement also I had a tooth extracted. I later found out they submitted a claim to my insurance company, that was incomplete. After talking to my insurance company., it was discovered Aspen Dental over charged me? The claim they submitted to my ***************** was: $233.00 for extraction and $1,149 for lower denture, which equals $1,382.00. That is what I should have paid instead of $,234.20. My ***************** (Cigna) contacted Aspen Dental by telephone and informed me Aspen Dental would reach out to me. They have fell to do that yet, and I have not been able to reach them by phone. Aspen Dental owes me the difference of $852.20.

I am rejecting this response because:
Someone from Aspen Dental reached out to me on August 29th. They wanted me to reach out to you and say the matter is settled? They said: They will reimburse me $1040, via my credit card ************** I told them: I can't say the matter is resolved, until my credit card receives the money. They informed me they had to work on things internally to resolve that issue. I haven't heard back from them nor my Credit card company yet? So, the matter is not resolved yet.
    Sincerely,

Went to Aspen Dental to pick up a partial denture made for me the business person spoke to me and explained to me I owed Aspen Dental $2020.30 for the partial denture which was much more than I expected to pay as I have **/BS PPO dental insurance and they usually pick up a decent amount of the bill and I would pay the remaining balance, the business person told me both claims submitted to **/BS were denied so I had to pay the full amount before I could get my partial denture, I was able to pay the amount left the office and called **/BS to see why the claims were denied, I was informed by the person I spoke to no claims had been submitted for the partial, also I had a crown made and **/BS only paid a portion of that claim because Aspen dental did not put a tooth number on the claim so I had to pay the balance of that, not to submit a claim and tell me the claim was denied is fraud their business practices are terrible this took place April 21, 2023 in their ****************
