    So me my nephew, niece and best friend went to the barbershop to get my nephew hair braided today. So we went in and he seen the lady eating chicken and she said to him let her eat her chicken in five minutes she would call him to come back. Because if she called him now she would be angry. So we laughed she laughed and we set down to wait on her. So ten minutes later my nephew who's father passed away he wanted to come up here from *******, ** to be with his father family, so he asked me do I know a place that would lock or braid his hair and I said I do. So I recommend all about u barber school on Plainfield road. So the light skin lady on her shirt it said manager. She came in while my nephew was changing the channel to the television. So she came in and grabbed or snatched the remote control from his hand and started to yell and scream at him for no reason at all like she wanted to fight him and I was like hold up you are not about to jump on a child so she said get your a** out of my ******* shop. And he left and didn't turn his head around he was embarrassed a little bit. Because he was going to an interview for a job on Monday. He wanted to look nice. But her sloppy fat unprofessional, uncharacteristic, bully self. Wanted to through a temper tantrum. Knocking over tables and chairs and stuff I have never seen her act like that before I have been going to that shop for years. So they have cameras In the facility I want you to ask them to get the cameras out and send you the video feed. So you could see how she acted. It caught me off guard. I want her fired or removed from her position and I want an apology to my nephew who was embarrassed by the manager there she was a big bully. Unprofessional, uncharacteristic, she didn't solve any problems she created the problems or even extended the problem. But I want something done to that woman immediately. Leave my nephew alone.

    Greetings hope this email finds you . My name is ****** Medina  there was a complaint made on 4/29/23 ID  # ********* )for my barber shop (all about u barber lounge ) there complaint was made under false pretense. The statement  stated that someone at the front desk was eating chicken and was unruly and began to cuss a young man out For not giving them the remote . There was three young ladys and two males that was waiting in the lobby one of them where getting service . One of the  young man  I recognize I thought was going to receive  service was ***** he was not the young who this incident was with .He was coming in for service I believe but Im not for certain  . The TV became loud . Someone had to have taken the TV remote from the receptionist desk when she stepped away for a moment they turn the tv channel and started playing very loud vulgar music. As the receptionist returned  back to the front I can hear commotion going on upfront I heard the Receptionist ask to have the remote back because the  young man retrieve the remote off her desk , she asked him for the remote, and he began to ask her why, and was very loud and vulgar With her, I came from the other side of the building actually.  I Then ask the young man for the remote he asked who are you I stated to him that we dont  listen to this type of music in our shop theres children in the building one of the  young ladies that was with him stated they dont have to do anything and you  dont have to give her anything again asked the young man for the remote. He began  very disrespectful again I stated to him, give me the remote and please leave at that time The young lady who was with him began to curse at me and tell me that she was going to slap me I dont no who she is I told them  all to leave or I would call the police at that time ***** began to apologize for there behavior I told ***** that was not cool and he  continue to apologize as they where walking out the door. In the complaint they stated that the young  man was here for a family member father passing he was here from **. Then said he was getting his hair done for a job interview so Im a little confused on why he was actually there for. Our shop  at that time we didnt have a braider in our shop so Im unsure what type of service he was truly going to receive at that time.While leaving out they  began to throw things at the window and stood outside, screaming, and cursing, while other customers were trying to come into the building. Eventually, they all left . Unfortunately I did not see this report or I would have reply immediately, I have a very strong positive reputation in the community A negative review of any kind  shall NOT be accepted at all .I am not a rude or disrespectful person. I respect everyone and I respect each ones boundaries. I run a professional business. We aim to serve the community with  there high Expectations that they uphold us to.We have won numerous of rewards for our shops Calm atmosphere that we created ,the location, our conduct, and our overall professionalism so to have this grade and  not  be able to be accredited  for the hard work that we put in and to know that we have this negative report against us does not describe-who we are and the name we worked so  hard  to up hold  in the community we serve is we would like for it to be removed and that we are able to be accredited for or hard work thank you.
