            I put in a maintenance request back in April or May 2023. Viamonte investment declined my request and prolong to fix my request knowing everything that is happening with the pictures and videos and everything I have told and shown them and they still fail to fix my furnace and that is all I ask for. I need storage in this little bitty house that is a two bedroom. Viamonte dont want to reimburse me a storage knowing the attic is unfinished and not properly insulated. The attic is not properly insulated so all my heat and central air is going right out the door of this home. My heating and gas bill is ridiculously high because of the attic not being properly installed.My daughter is often getting sick I have told this to the company multiple times we both keep catching colds and my 3 year child has asthma. I dont know what else to do

            Communication with ******************* has been difficult. During summer months ******************* complaint about heating, we tried explaining that during summer our techs were working on AC issues, also tried to explain we would address heating issues at later months. She also knew how small the house was before signing the lease. We understand she is not happy and stated several times we were willing to break the lease with no issues or penalties, but she denied our offer several times, reason why a 60DN was served.

            This company has not been available for me to reach out to via phone or email.I visited this office and they Informed me of a move but this company is under the same address.This company is responsible for the issuing of ***** to the Estate of ***************************** was due to her before she passed and was expected to move. I am her daughter I was told that it would be paid unto the estate with the viewing of death certificate.This company is responsible for doing renovations while tenant was still occupying home.This company is also responsible for a gas leak at the property of **************************************************************************.
