Terrible!! They lied to get me into the door then proceeded to tell me that I should let the bank take my current car and they can get me into something different!! That’s not how you do business! Then proceeded to tell me that my payments will be super high without even running numbers on any car! Wasted my time here

This ********************* named "*******" tried to sell me a lemon **** **** F 150. I spoke with him several times on the phone about the vehicle before coming there he assured me it was in great condition,no mechanical problems etc.. I gave him my debit card information put a deposit on it then took off work to pick it up. As soon as I started it up the engine has a very noticeable,loud knocking ************* everywhere. Just to confirm my suspicion I had my mechanic look it over & he said the engine is bad about to blow and a lot of white smoke coming from the tailpipe.When I confronted ******* about the issue he tried to convince me it is normal when it's not! When I told him it's not good he then very disrespectfully just turned around and walked off. He did not apologize for wasting my time or money coming there lying about the vehicle therefore that told me he already knew. This place needs shut down!

I bought a 2014 ****** forester a month ago. The car stayed at the dealer for 10 days because they had to prep it. I drove hohe and stayed in the garage for 4 days. I used it again only to find out that the key couldn't be removed,, existing problem that the dealer kept the car when i bought it. A car with that problem is useless anywhere. So I took it to the dealer and the dealer still has it 2 weeks later because they can't fix the problem. It is frustrating to explain to each person I talk to the issue just to be transferred to a voicemail. A courtesy car for my lost time is not an option for me they say. Someone from the dealer had the stupidity of mentiong to take the car because it is drivable and remove the battery cable when i don't use the car, with the risk of dealing with someone stealing the car with the keys in the ignition.First payment is due in a few days and no car yet. I'm trying to cancel the purchase and get all my money back since I have not had the car for 30 days.

Once you purchase a vehicle from them all communication stops. I tried speaking with them and they just give you the run around and I will never nor would I recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from them.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HEAR. In the market for used car. I contacted dealer to inquire about a car to see if it was available. I was told it was available and I'd be there in ************************************* I was greeted by someone and told them why i was there. He takes me into the office and after taking my information told me the car has been sold. In a half hour? He told me no it was sold in the morning but the system wasn't updated (lie). Then he rattles off all his used cars in my range and I said I was interested in one of them. He left me in office for a few minutes and tells me he cannot find the key. He returns with another man who looked me in the eye and told me they have no cars for me in my range. I walked out and took a stroll on the lot and found the cars they told me had SOLD...they just didn't want to sell to me. Came home and had the internet sales team reach out to me to see if I was still interested in the original CAR!!!! I told them what happened and crickets.

DON'T BY CARS FROM HERE!!!I booked a car over the phone and was told annual lease mileage 12k and when I asked for the document they sent me a quotation without annual mileage but unfortunately I paid the deposit after getting reassurance from the sales man ***** about 12k mileage who promised me that he'd send the revised quotation by day end. I then chased the sales consultant via phone calls, text messages, email to provide the revised document with annual mileage on it and he kept telling me that mileage is 12k but wouldn't send it in writing. Even sent an email to the ** as well about this but no response from him either.After driving around 4 hours from Michigan, the other person ******* kept asking me to sign the documents and told me that the mileage in the Nissan system is 12k miles and that I could check it at the time of signing the lease agreement.When I refused to sign any document without seeing mileage going in the leasing system, their manager came literally screaming at me THIS IS YOUR DEAL AND THE MILEAGE IS 10K PER YEAR and told me that if you want 12k then you'll have to pay more or forget your deposit I'll never return it.When I asked to call the person who sold me the car (*****) he said I don't care what he told you and I'm not gonna call him, I am the manager and I decide the numbers so you either pay additional monthly installment or forget about your deposit.I had to settle on additional monthly installment because I didn't want to loose the deposit amount and I did not have any other way to go back home as it was already 7PM which they knew and took advantage of it.
