Tried to file a claim through the company TWICE regarding one of their interior cleaning products called ************ that melted a section of my husbands dashboard in a ******* winter. Every time we call for an update on the claim, they cant give us any info. We received two quotes to fix this issue as this was requested by Turtle wax and it was estimated to be $600This company is a scam selling products that damage your vehicle. Even one of the customer service reps said the product shouldnt have done this and it would be sent in for testing. Havent heard a word in over 6+ months. Buyer bewareReview from Mike B

Turtle Wax is rebranding itself as Hybrid Solutions and offers many new ceramic and Graphene based car care items.I have purchased at least 5 products in this line, most with good results. I purchased the ceramic car wash soap thru their **** Store. Upon receipt I used product to wash our two ceramic coated vehicles. The soap had no suds, no cleaning power, no scent, no gloss, no beading, and coloring did not match website. I reached out for help or replacement. What I found was a company more interested in being right, even if spewing out industry jargon to avoid a failed product. In researching product I found many bad reviews for same issues and all appeared to be dissatisfied with product versus what was advertised. I suspect the product failed as it is not sealed, goes thru many heat cycles, and product doesnt hold up to the environment as designed. Unfortunately their client service is rather ***** and demanding. So product is being mailed back for refund and will no longer visit their line and new product releases. Consumers should have a valid voice and doesnt with Turtle Wax, aka Hybrid Solutions.
