  On 11/01/2021 I went in to Ace Dental for a consultation for All on 4 implants. I was given a treatment plan for $20,500 for surgery $12,000 for finals Zirconia. I asked what if I am not done paying for the surgery after the 9 months. I was told that the temporary prostesis were strong enough and if anything happened come in and they will remake the temporaries which only takes 30 minutes because they own their own exclusive lab. 11/03/2021 I went in for surgery. They took my top denture to make my new set This surgery was by far traumatic and I was warned that I could possibly have brusing. Well I had 2 black swollen eyes after surgery. Which I needed to take 2 weeks off work after surgery. Practically every single week the temporaries broke. I would be at work talking and pain instantly stabbing and pintching my gums and need to run out of work because pain and re-injuring my surgery site. If this fell on a Saturday evening I would needed to take off work Sunday and Monday to get back to the dentist. I was supplied with **** Temps. These were perfect for about 7 months until I scheduled a cleaning and the dental assistant had a struggle to get the screws out and cracked my Temps. I was told they will remake them and can I pick up tomorrow. I explained I can try as I have taken so many days off and keep leaving work in the middle of shifts management is getting fed up. Receptionist said come when I get time. The dentist relocated down the street. I called to get teeth and was told they were lost in the move and needed to be remade and **** take 2 hours so come back after 430pm. I did and again the dental assistant could not get screws out and broke the screws. The dentist came in and gave injection to numb and replaced. 1 week later, teeth broke, devastated as I was in *********** ** on a 8 week contract. I had to run out of work and head back to ******** to have teeth replaced. I arrived 2 days later and immediately request to speak with the dentist as how could someone put this material that only last 1 week. ***** then come in and explain I did not have **** and begin to tell my husband "Look Bro, I need you to pay for finals now. The Temps do not work for your wife". My husband said don't call me bro, why did they tell my wife the **** was in her mouth knowing she is a nurse and heading to ***** on a contract. ************** said get out, I'm done having you as my patient. Refused to take the broken teeth out of my mouth. Refused to replace teeth with any set.
