    I ordered a usb drive for my Tesla on 9/12, supposed to get in 3-5 days, now almost 3 weeks later, nothing. I have tried everything to get ahold of them to find out where the order is and I cant get a response. There is no phone number to call, they dont respond to messenger which is their preferred method of communication. Their tracking link doesnt go anywhere, I just want my money back so I can go to a legitimate company.

    I purchased a TeslaCam SSD Extreme on June 22, 2022 and discovered it had failed on May 24th 2023. Since it failed in less than a year (a device advertised with 3-5 years life expectancy) I attempted to reach out to Pure Tesla support to see if they could help. After trying to use online chat and an online support request form, both of which appear to be broken, I then tried to reach out by replying to my original order confirmation email. I also tried reaching them via their ******* account. After no responses 2 weeks later I reached out to the a Podcast (Ride the Lightening) which was being sponsored by Pure Tesla. **** gave me a direct email address to contact at Pure Tesla (for the owner). I sent inquiries there and after a week of no response am concluding there is no support offered at all for their products. Certainly there is no way of contacting them for support.

    I bought their USB product for my Tesla for sentry and dash cam monitoring. I got a defective USB and got a RMA to send back for replacement. **** delivered my package to them on 6/2. Multiple emails to ******************************* are unanswered. They also use ******** Messenger but my contact attempts remain unanswered.

    I purchased an SSD from PureTesla on 09/05/21. The week of February 20, 2023 the drive failed and is no longer usable. I contacted PureTesla through chat on their website and never received a reply. I then sent an email and it was ignored. SSD's from Western Digital and ******* have up to a 5-year warranty. The drive either needs to be repaired or a refund issued. The website states that they offer lifetime support however, there is no support.

    On 1/19/2023 I ordered and paid $96 to Pure Tesla (Order #******) for a 500GB SSD Extreme TeslaCam flash drive storage option for my Tesla's Sentry Mode footage archives. There was a 3-5 day free delivery. It is now 2/15/23 (27 days later) and I have not received anything. I have attempted numerous times (8 attempts) to email and call Pure Tesla and have never received a response. I have not been able to find out if there is a problem or to request a refund.

I notified seller device works but cords don't allow device to connect to my car. ****** responded on 9/21/22 states he will replace cords right away and I have not heard from him since. Last email I sent was on 10/19/2022, I have sent a total of 9 emails to ***************** and I have not gotten one email since 9/21/2022. I need assistance, any help you offer will be greatly appreciated. If you have any questions or need any documentation, please feel free to contact me by phone or email. The only proof I have to offer is the one email he responded to. Thank You.I have email corresponding, which he said he would replace the defective cords so the device would work

    - Online order on 6/21/22 - $107.99 (tax included)- *** card for a 2021 Tesla Model S (refresh)- *** card was installed the day it arrived. The car would not recognize the drive and enable it. I immediately emailed the support link on the website. The automated response says they would contact me in 24 hours. A few days later(6/27/22), I send another support email. Same automated response. I finally get a response on 7/1/22 saying they were having "communication issues" and would be happy to assist. I asked if there was an troubleshooting to do to make the *** card work. No response from them after this 7/1/22 email saying they would assist. I have sent four emails from 7/2/22 to 7/10/22 asking for the return information so I can send the product back for a refund and they will not respond. I just want my money back since the product the does function in my vehicle. - Order #******] (June 20, 2022)

    On 3/20/22 I purchased for $98 an already formatted usb solid state drive for my Tesla. It never worked from day 1. Ive contacted them numerous times and have had zero response. I would like a refund or one that works. Can you step in on my behalf?
